Love this place. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful - like having a dog counselor at the ready! I use their auto ship and they are always on time, and love that they send little treats for my pups to try! Have purchased the same treats as a result of the samples.
This is truly like a neighborhood pet store with high quality products. Loyal customer for life!

My last purchase was at the Southlake, TX location 6/23/24. The staff was very friendly and offered help as soon as I entered and gave me a sales add. I purchased food and a treat for my dog. The manager was training a new lady and was able to assist me at the same time.
I get the same great service at the Flower Mound and Coppell locations. I even love the same day delivery.

The camp bowie store did not have what I needed so they called the Southlake store. I arrived later in the day to find the manager had put back for me (without even my name) what I needed. Super friendly and helpful people at both stores.
