Great hotel in a great place. They took a large group last minute, and everything was clean and easy. I slept great here and enjoyed walking around the area in the morning.

I have stayed at this hotel annually for the past three years. They are always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is getting even nicer as they have made a lot of updates. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean and welcoming. I wouldn’t classify this as a luxury hotel but you can’t beat it for the price and location.

Located in an upscale outdoor mall. Hotel is beautiful and the lobby smells awesome. Rooms are nice too.Nearby activities: The Southlake mall is loads of fun.Walkability: Absolutely!

The Place looks nice, but I got put in a room on a floor they was remodeling and with the paper thin walls didn't work out to well. I had to ask where my room was because there was not room number up. I save the best for last, we was asleep at 6am and people just came into our room. The front desk gave another family the same room we was already checked into. We talk to the guy down stairs and He didn't seem to concerned that this happen.

We went here for their annual Easter Egg hunt. The hotel is beautifully decorated and staff were exceptionally kind. They offered free beverages for the adults while the children hunted eggs. The grounds were beautiful. Definately recommend this as an annual event.

Everyone at this hotel is most accommodating! They have customer service, cleanliness and CLASS down Path! This is our home away from home. No matter where we travel for business in the DFW area we stay here. There are so many wonderful restaurants in walking distance. But back to the hotel, the rooms are Clean and comfortable And all of the staff, everyone of them, namely Austin, Jezz and Tina Are most helpful. I want them to put a Nespresso in every room. When we were on the fourth floor we had In our room and enjoyed it immensely - now we’re on the third floor and there is not a Nespresso in our room

I was here for business from 3.1-3.3.2024. The staff could not have possibly been more accommodating, checking in with me during the stay, providing an early check in because my flight got in so early, despite having a very high occupancy rate. Jezz in particular was amazing and I didn't want to leave! Room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. If I am in the area again I would definitely stay here!

My family and I attended the Easter Brunch at the Hotel and it was Fabulous. We were greeted immediately and the staff were super friendly. The GM Todd was also in the restaurant greeting people.But the food was over the top Delicious!!!!The carving station, salad station, breakfast station, omelette station, and desserts were all amazing. There was also a kid station. Plus many more… They also had a Mimosa and Bloody Mary station! I will definitely be back for Mother’s Day Brunch!!!

We attended the Easter brunch and it was fantastic. There was a nice variety of breakfast and lunch items including mimosas. The staff and managers were attentive especially Todd who greeted us at our table. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great!Rooms: Staff was friendly and polite. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Great location for walking to shop and dine.Nearby activities: There is a movie Theater that you can walk to. They offer other entertainment as well.Walkability: Located to so many different shops.Food & drinks: There are tons and tons of restaurants to choose from.
