One of the worst experience I had. Went for face waxing the old lady was not adequate enought to get the hairs fully removed as have thick hairs around the chin area. She applied the wax and not even allowed to dry immediately she was in rush to pull it off and the extra ingrowns she was least bothered to thread it rather she left cuts around my chin area. After coming out and checked the hairs were still present and looked very shabby. Immediately i looked another salon and she did a great job.Never going to go this salon. Please avoid experience with the old lady if at all you wish to as she doesnt have proper experience

I've been coming here for about a year now and been semi-satisfied up until today with customer service. I walked into an empty salon and stood around for a minute thinking someone from the back would come out. It wasn't until I was about to walk out the lady who was on her phone via FaceTime in the corner since I walked in, got up and stopped me from leaving THEN asked what I came in for. She watched me walk in and just ignored me until she realized she was about to loose a customer. She stayed on the phone the entire time, RUSHED my eyebrows which I did not appreciate. Clearly her call was more important then me sitting in her chair. I just found it very rude and very unprofessional. Anytime I've come here the ladies here always made me feel like I'm bothering them or an inconvenience to their day. Overall my eyebrows usually come out amazing just depends who's working that day and if they wanna take the time to do a good job. And they never have the AC running I've left this place dripping in sweat before just something to think about ..

Don't ever come here for eyebrows or anything facial. The lady did not cleanse my face and she also messed up my eyebrows and doesn't know how to do eyebrows. She burned my face repeatedly when waxing my face as she kept dumping globs of hot wax onto my already inflamed skin and now i'm breaking out. I don't understand how she has a license when these are the services. The Mexican lady who waxed my body was very good. Besides that, I'm very disappointed.

prices are great. Bring cash!!! i got a full face done. a mixture of wax and thread. the threading job was great, i would not recommend doing the waxing- the wax was way too hot. i believe zan did my service.

This has become my go-to threading and waxing spot for years. I'm so thankful it's here in our neck of the woods. Naz land Rehana are both eyebrow experts!! The salon is always very clean and organized. The ladies talk very respectfully to each other. If you've had a bad experience, it was probably just a one-off. Since the pandemic, Naz has been doing my hair color, too. She is really good!! I recommend it to Everyone!
