Walked in to be ignored by every white employee and only welcomed by the very nice Indian lady. I was excited to form a relationship with them for future orders with clients etc and honestly I almost walked out. Then a few min later the girl with long black hair was so excited and cheery when she saw a white couple walk in. They don’t need to worry I won’t be back. So unacceptable.

Our experience was great because of Mr Garza who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Talking to ángel was like talking to family and I felt comfortable dealing with him.

Most of my furnitures are purchased from Havertys and I had been buying from Havertys various store since last 8-9 years. Many things have changed post covid that include the quality and customer service and support by Havertys as well as Guardsman. One near by store has now become outlet, other one has poor customer service and does not feel like customer friendly, online customer service seems not responsive and lacks knowledge and process, Guardsman wait time to talk customer service is infinite. Indeed, feeling like boxed as have to continue purchasing for the warranty reselection, but does not feel like proud customer anymore, neither would recommend them anymore.

We were on a mission to redecorate our main living area and were quite fortunate to find you well stocked in pictures, planters, decorative items. We’ll return to Haverty’s first next time we are in need of these, and other furniture related items for the home. Great taste, and great prices!
