The only good thing about this place is the infused water they offer you before your service. I had a massage and it was the worst! The gentleman massaged me for about 15 minutes and throughout the whole hour all he did was talk and talk. I even mentioned in my paperwork that limited talking was much appreciated. I guess their employees don't read the client profiles. A few weeks later, I then made an appointment to get a facial and experienced two cancelations. Worst service and experience, I canceled my membership.

I cannot express how wonderful my massage with Nigel was! After years of jumping around to different locations and many spas around the globe, I’m elated to have come across his expertise. Nigel was extremely professional with a soothing demeanor. He has a penchant for addressing problem areas and providing an excellent personalized experience. I truly appreciate him and his skilled hands at this nice facility.

Receive a FB notice about the cryofascial with a coupon and I happened to be around the corner so on my way home I stopped by to check it out. WORST customer service I have experienced in a while. $750 for a series, so not cheap. The guy behind the counter was beyond rude. Not interested in my business at all. I will not go back. There are plenty of other similar businesses in Southlake. I'm not giving my money to someone that treats walk in potential clients with such disrespect. Disgusting...

Don’t go!!! This place is a scheme. I called and booked the Cryofacial with the 30% off add from Facebook sponsored advertisement . The man on the phone explained well how the 30% works. I came early in the morning but the Southlake store said that this promotion was done by a third party and during their weekly calls, they asked this third party to take down the add but they continue to keep it on Facebook. So they cannot offer the 30% off or $50 off. Nothing! They consulted with regional manager and they said no. So don’t be attracted by the Ad. They won’t give you the discount.

The last guy that gave me a massage, was late and caused my 60 minute session short which pissed me off because i showed 12 minutes early and waited even longer. And all i got was "sorry about that"
I'll never come back to the southlake location!

The massage was very good. The management and dealing with a gift card which included the tip prior and then being asked to pay an additional amount for services is inconvenient and upsetting. Not to mention, the person doing massage did not receive a tip at all. The same thing happened to my daughter. Then when I was offered Black Friday gift cards, another error was made. Not sure the management is up to par. It ended up being a frustrating experience.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. I have had facials and massages by this location/services or their therapist. I must say my two favorite providers Elvira and Kimberly are phenomenal with the massage portion; fixing discomfort from overuse and Lissette was my esthetician, she did a wonderful job at helping with some overlooked areas.

Absolutely unprofessional I called before I go and I asked you you have a time for a walk in the lady replied how long I said an hour she said yes if you can come in 15 minutes I said OK I am near you. I’ll be there and wait I went in there. A lady came out with very slack attitude and she’s like how can I help you when I told her about the conversation she said no sorry we are booked for the night her attitude was absolutely unacceptable unprofessional borderline, Rude
