This delivery company is NO good! Such rude employees and LAZY! Will never allow them to deliver my products again. Thankfully Home Depot is getting a new delivery service and new trucks and they will be out of a job!

Home Depot uses this company as their delivery service. They deliver to my area 2 times a week, Wednesday and Friday. With that being said, I haven’t received my fridge I ordered over a month ago. Every time we schedule a day for delivery, they have to “confirm a time slot the day before” which they have yet to do so multiple times.1st time: they didn’t have our address because it’s a new home and they couldn’t find it on google. They didn’t call or text me that after they had over a week to do so. I had to give them directions from a cress street the day before and I still had to reschedule for the next Wednesday.2nd time: we schedule for Wednesday and I’m trying to get a confirmation the day before, so I call Home Depot at 9:00AM and they said to give them till 12:00PM to send a call or text. FSA logistix never did, so I cal Home Depot again around that time and they told me to give them till 5:00Pm. We got no text or call again. So I call again, they said to give them till 7:00PM. They never texted or called. I call Home Depot to figure out the issue, so they called FSA, and told us they can’t do it Wednesday. The day we scheduled for. No reason why. (Which I had to take a day off work for) so they said they can get us in Friday.3rd time: they have yet to give us a time slot for Friday, and they also told me to wait till 5:00PM. Then yet again at 7:00pm.I don’t have an issue with Home Depot, it’s the delivery company that keeps pushing us back, loosing us money, and Home Depot. Home Depot has compensated for the inconvenience, but it’s not their fault honestly. They shouldn’t have to lose money because of this, granted we’ve had to miss work, eat out, and be eating sandwiches for the last few weeks. It just doesn’t make sense why they keep pushing us back. I understand the first time they didn’t have our address, but I literally gave them the address the day before when they set up the time slot. It’s beyond me.Lastly, this company has to be the absolute worst when it comes to customer service, and customer satisfaction. With all the other reviews, I can only imagine what’s going to happen when they do bring it.

Cannot agree more with the bad reviews of this delivery company. Ordered refrigerator with ice maker from Home Depot. When the FSA crew came with the new ref and tried to shut off the valve of the water line for the ice maker they twisted it too hard and caused the valve to leak. They wouldn't admit that they caused the leak (said it was an old line) and told us we need a plumber. They left without completing the installation including the ref's door handles. I called Home Depot and complained about the installation and the FSA crew told them that they never touched the valve. What a bunch of liars! We paid the plumber $850 for emergency repair of the valve/pipe and neither FSA nor Home Depot would take responsibility for it. Will never buy any appliance from Home Depot again because their delivery company (FSA Logistix) is the worst.

Ordered dishwasher from Home Depot for my elderly parents. I removed the old one myself and all FSA had to do was pick it up at the garage door and leave the new one right there. No install. Called me with no notice and said they're at the house. I said I'd be there in 10 minutes. Was there in 8. They had already left. Would not answer phone. Now rescheduled for a week from now. Who knows how that will go. But compared to these other reviews I feel like I got off easy! They will never be allowed in the house that's for sure. I own a truck and could easily pick this up myself, and would gladly cancel the order now except that no one else has dishwashers to sell.

terrible service. the two 'installers' left my house with a bare, live wire exposed, and a water line not connected. when i turned the water on at faucet, it flooded under my sink. they were totally inept. the company goes to great effort to hide its company name and contact info, and give the impression that they are employees of the company from which you purchased the appliance. they suck. i will never deal with Home Depot again since they use these guys as 'installers'.

Worse experience - I would take away the single star if I could. This organization exemplifies the definition of inept. They were suppose to call the night before with a four hour window - we received NO call. I got online and saw my window was between 3-7 the next evening. I took half a day off of work to be home the entire time. I was literally looking at my phone checking my order status when it changed to "missed attempt". They did NOT call 30 minutes before, like they said they would... they did NOT ring the door bell... they did NOT knock on the door... I think they literally snuck up to the house and then left. I was here - not more than 12 feet away from the front door. I called mere minutes after they left to complain. The customer service person called the driver and he refused to turn around and come back.We did everything right! This delivery company totally and utterly dropped the ball. I feel screwed over - with no recourse.I imagine they probably hire the dregs of society, and couldn't care less. Because they are the "third party delivery service" for places like Home Depot, they bare no responsibility. If only their customers (Home Depot) knew that I will refuse to shop at their store because of their affiliation with FSA Logistix maybe they'd find another company to work with.

5 different days sitting and waiting for delivery of an undamaged unit, and we are still left with a dishwasher with cosmetic damage caused by FSA employee personnel. Management is unwilling to work with the customer, and the last time out, the driver actually took the stainless braded hose connecting the valve to the dishwasher hose with him. Now I'm waiting for a call I was suppose to have received 8 hours ago from the delivery drive . Dont expect any sort of customer service, quality work, or concern from management

Wish I could give zero stars. Had to fight with them for weeks just to get a plumber to install a gas range which was covered by insurance. After hours and hours on the phone over multiple days, they still seem to have no idea how to schedule this appointment, and every time I call they are clueless about what has to be done. They have given me fake numbers to nonexistent companies in order to get me off the phone, and have rudely hung up on me multiple times. I still have no idea if they are even going to attempt to schedule this appointment which they are contractually obligated to do, or if they are simply too incompetent to do so. NEVER use this company or any company under the "Forward Final Mile" Umbrella. Terrible customer service.

I never write negative reviews but this is place is UNBELIEVABLE. If there was a no star option I would have selected that. Basically, I ordered a new fridge from Costco and this is what happened. DAMAGE TO MY HOME - Black grease stains all over doorway walls and trim (one of the guy's hands were super dirty, not sure from what?!?) - Newly installed baseboard trim chipped off - Wedding photos pushed off the wall and broken - Light switch completely bent sideways CAUSE OF DAMAGE: It was Friday afternoon and I could tell that the three men that delivered my fridge were in a hurry. No excuse to be lazy and rush through the installation but they definitely had NO RESPECT for my home. They didn't remove the handles of the fridge before bringing it through my entry way and completely messed up everything in their path. IGNORING MY CLAIM I've been trying to get in contact with the company for TWO MONTHS on the status of a claim I submitted. I was just told today BY A MANAGER that they have been giving me the run around and I should open a claim directly with the place that I ordered my fridge from. Thanks for the tip but I already called the place I ordered from and they said they can't do anything about an outside vendor. THIS IS INSANE. UNPROFESSIONAL COMMENTS Not to mention while they were doing this the manager with them said "Good thing you guys aren't rich and have a huge house with lots of stairs" like okay what does that even mean? We have a small hallway to the kitchen and they still managed to ruin that! Super unprofessional thing to say btw- you should never comment on someone's home or how much money they have like what the heck?! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like there is much I can do in this situation rather than write a review and warn others. This whole situation was extremely uncomfortable. If this company is hired to move your items try to get another carrier.

Just bought washer and dryer from Home Depot, this company delivered the appliances to my home is the far worst that I ever experienced dealing with the person who delivered it. They are not carefully handling the appliances which leaves scratches on the sides, they left scratches to my floor, dragging the old appliances for hauling, which for some reason the main delivery guy has an attitude, rushing, never explained whats going on while he was testing the washer, "very poor customer service". Home Depot is a very good company and Should Not be using this guys to deliver their merchandise. Lesson learned for me not to buy anymore appliances from home depot unless they will change their delivery company, hopefully this company will do something about the customers complaints.

The ABSOLUTE worst experience dealing with FSA. We bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot. The two guys from FSA who came to install it were unprofessional and rude. First off, they didn't install it properly (it was not secure and would lean forward out of the cabinet when you opened the door). They also chipped the side of our cabinets and stripped the paint off of it during the install. They immediately said "call Home Depot, they will fix it." Low and behold, two months after dealing with FSA claims regarding the damage, I was told that the delivery workers did no damage, even though detailed pictures were provided. I will NEVER buy an appliance from any store that partners with FSA in the future. They are a lousy excuse for a company and have no respect for their customers or others property!

I bought a washer and dryer from a Home Depot in Frederick, MD. I had them delivered and installed. The company they used to do this, damaged the wall of my house. The next day I filed a damage claim. For the last two months I've got nothing but a run around. Then today (January 20, 2020) I get a denial of claim email. The letter said that the damage was there prior to the installation. My house is brand new. I was in the house a week prior to the delivery. They never sent anyone to look at the damage. Wanted me to take pictures and email them. Kept saying they didn't receive them. I explained to the company that I'm not an insurance adjuster nor do I work for their company. I am the homeowner. Send an adjuster to my home. This was denied. They said it was my responsibility. (Really?!?!) Also the company kept denying that they received any pictures by email from me. I know they were delivered and opened. I BCC the email and attached a return notice to let me know the email was opened. I'm not totally blaming Home Depot, but they haven't done anything to correct this. The company they use should be take responsibility and fix what they damaged. I won't be buying from Home Depot again.

is there a negative star review, that is what they deserve and Home Depot should get rid of them for damages and all bad deliveries should break a contract. The delivery people know nothing of installing appliances and destroy stuff in the path, I am waiting on a claim and for someone to come and actually install my refrigerator doors properly, they were so bad i had to make them leave after they messed up my walls and my threshold to my front door that was just put in the past year and scratching my refrigerator they moved to the garage
