I went into get a few USPS shipping labels printed bc my printer was down. I asked how much would it be…the guy who helped me, said since it was only 3 that I needed don’t worry about the charge. Excellent customer service. I appreciate the favor, even though it was just a small gesture.

This is my preferred location and carrier in the area. The staff are very helpful and efficient. They offer, when possible, to take your package and tape it up, print your FedEx label etc. There is also a scanner and Dropbox when you enter, if you have the QR code. The work area has scissors, staples etc and printing docs here is a lot cheaper than at the competitor. Shout out to Thomas and the young lady there this afternoon (2/7/24), attending to everything quickly and efficiently, while being such professionals.

I actually visited 2 days in a row. Thomas helped me pick the exact size box I needed to send Christmas gifts. I packed them and returned the next day. He carried the large box into the store from my car as I use a cane and have difficulty walking. He took care of me and made me feel like a valued customer. He is very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Many times, people don't want to deal with older people (I'm69), but he treated me well. This is a well run efficient and convenient store.

I came in needing help to ship some electronic equipment and Thomas and James totally helped me out and made me feel at ease about the whole shipping. They were kind and friendly the moment I entered the door and I left feeling empowered!
