I'm shocked! I emailed something in to be printed on 11x17 (put it in the subject AND body of the email). Got there and it was printed on 8.5x11. So the girl reprinted it on 11x17. I was going to take the smaller printouts and she asked for them back. She said "they had to be recycled." I asked, "why can't I take them with me?" Her response: "we'd have to charge you for them." My response: "I've never had anyone charge me for their mistakes!"

Went to print some invitations and it was so easy and quick. The guy who helped us (I didn't catch his name) was very kind and helpful! Thank you!!

I actually visited 2 days in a row. Thomas helped me pick the exact size box I needed to send Christmas gifts. I packed them and returned the next day. He carried the large box into the store from my car as I use a cane and have difficulty walking. He took care of me and made me feel like a valued customer. He is very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Many times, people don't want to deal with older people (I'm69), but he treated me well. This is a well run efficient and convenient store.

I love this location as they are super friendly and efficient in processing your packages. It's what you expect, right! So many services we expect for them to meet our needs and we take for granted, this is one service and location that makes it happen. What is great about this location is that it is right next to a cookie shop so you can ship and get your sweet thing on at the same time. Dependable mailing services right here!

This location is very fast paced considering the location which is a plus, however the customer service could definitely use some work. Second time here and Teresa's attitude and overall rudeness is why I'll chalk up the extra mileage and go to a different location from now on. Life is too precious for abrupt negativity. I will never use this place again. They gladly took my money to Fed ex a package which needed to be at a surgery center for a PERSON’S SURGERY. Package was not sent off when promised. NEVER AGAiN. They do not deserve the rights to provide Fed Ex service.

James is very rude and lacks severe customer service skills. Stewart the other associate had three clients finished before James was even done with mine. He purposely seemed to take his sweet time while also asking me questions with an attitude. I would hope FedEx spends more time with educating their employees on customer service! Extremely uncomfortable and disappointing!

The lady's attitude was really really bad. Makes me so mad. She is not help to offer the customer option or help. It's ridiculous.

Got everything accomplished but dissatisfied with one of the employees. She had a rude demeanor towards my questions and clearly impatient with me. Finally a manager came over to help and I was very satisfied with the results.

They have always given me great and quick service. I've gone in several time on a time crunch to get things printed out in full color on card stock and they've been able to get it done fast.
