Since Manna Pro purchased Espree it is extremely difficult to get someone on the phone because of how their system has been set up. I do not blame the service representatives because they have always been extremely kind, but they really need to have live voices answering instead of having to leave voicemails and hope that you are available when they call back.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Unfortunately, since the original owners sold the company to Manna Pro a few years ago, the products, their shipping, and their customer service are all about cutting corners and the company has deteriorated so badly that I will never purchase from them again. After exclusively using Espree products professionally for the last 15 years, we are cutting ties with this brand and moving on.

The Boss and leadteam lie and B.S. and Blame me about "anger and complaints and force to tell people work what to do. I never do that! I focus on my work/I don't talk everybody at all I dont like that when who work people didnt tell me about how show me what to do with boxes. I wish people work should have show people work "what to do with it". They are waste time my job and without no money. They need to understand that. They need to stop Screw up and try to rid me off for a deaf/hard of hearing I have no reason I just foucs my work I get busy to make a money, that all.

I purchased Espree Silky CATAloe Wipes for cats! I will NEVER buy another product of theirs again! U can’t get the wipes out of the container! I had to use a scissor to cut the damn thing! Another lady said she had the same problem! DO NOT BUY! I’m also going on Facebook and bad mouthing this product as well!!!!

Very disappointing, I placed an order and it sat in the warehouse for a week, if I didn't call it would probably still be there. It had taken almost 2 weeks to get my order, when it should be no more than 4 days.

Just started working here today, so far it seems to be a really nice place to work. They seem to treat employees well and the hours on 1st shift are good, from 6am-2:30pm. They also have a 2nd shift and are supposed to be getting a crew together to run a 3rd shift.
