Joe is an exceptional business owner and his efforts and work to support and enable anyone who comes to his store is notable. When I came to ship miniatures months ago, he ensured they all got where they needed to go and when complications emerged he helped me sort them as well. He is genuinely a great assistance and a really kind individual. If you need something shipped or mailed go here!

I went there based on rating for sending a certified mail and I was earlier than operating hours but the person inside still welcomed me and did me the service. I was happy to try them.

What a lovely experience. Joe is the owner. He took the time to find the cheapest but fastest delivery and repackaged my delivery box so my gift would be safe. He then offered me a free cold drink. It is rare that someone cares that much. He really brightened my day. It is nice to feel supported when going into a location I have never been to.

I stopped in today just a few minutes before closing time (with a pile of packages!) and received the best customer service I could ever have asked for. The owner, Joe, was incredibly kind, helpful, and informative, and went out of his way to help make a stressful time of year so much easier. I’ll be a customer for life!

First off, awesome star wars and star trek memorabilia made this place way cooler than I thought it was going to be. Second off, the owner/operator is extremely helpful and down to earth. Overall fantastic experience making the annoying task of shipping enjoyable.
