Alan at the Sky Creek Kitchen and Bar was great! He made me a great margarita; and took the time to make me feel welcomed and appreciated. I will definitely be back because of his great service. Thank you Alan!

The very first thing I was told upon arrival ( by the front desk clerk was NO! The very last thing I was told upon check out was NO! The desk personnel are the weakest service link on the property. Every one else was so accommodating. I will not recommend staying here if you expect any accommodations from staff when you travel.Lifetime Platinum- Doesn’t matter hereNearby activities: Southlake is a great area! Lots to do.Close to DFW Airport

Got no sleep staying here. Everytime the A/C came on it made two loud clicks and again two loud clicks when it went off. Various adjustments of the temperature didn’t help so all night everyone was either hot or woken up repeatedly by the clicking it made when it came on and off. A loud buzzing alarm went off twice once at 1am once at 4am. The area around the pool smelled so badly like garbage we couldn’t stand to be out there. We left at 0630 to leave since nobody got any sleep staying here. Never again.

I very rarely take the time to review anything, and this is a long post. I feel it is important for guests to be aware before they book this hotel. My husband and were were so excited to book a stay at the Delta, as our home is being sold and we were having an open house this weekend. We had been packing and cleaning all week, till late every night, and we're physically exhausted. We needed a place to rest, enjoy a nice breakfast, with no worries and kindness. I also wanted to check it out for my work, for our board to possibly stay at.I'm a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member that spends thousands of dollars each year, so I had some points to use. I booked our stay with points, then noticed several days later that the entire charge was charged to my credit card. I called and spoke to the front desk manager who was zero help and proclaimed it was just too bad. No help offered and actually insinuated that I was being deceptive and refused to help me. She actually hung up on me.I called Marriott Bonvoy, who was extremely helpful, acknowledged the mistake and helped correct their error. They said the solution was very easy, as I was within cancelation policy timing anyway, so they canceled, confirmed I would not be charged, and booked me another reservation with my points. They pointed out that the call was being recorded, apologized for the hotels lack of concern, unwillingness to help (they could have done the same thing Bonvoy did) and rudeness and said they would escalate to make sure it was addressed at the Delta and never happened again. The Delta still charged the full amount, with no refund. I promptly took all details to my credit card company and filed a fraud charge on the hotel. This morning we were told breakfast was at 7am. It was the posted time. We went down and no one but a table setter was in the restaurant. No cooks or servers. We were told it was closed. Later found out that the staff did not show up. There went breakfast, too.The room was very nice and spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable. Room service was fairly quick and done well. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff at the front desk, upon arrival, were very nice.I cannot book this hotel personally or professionally until the management is either replaced or trained properly on how to treat their customers and to keep a reliable staff. Hopefully, this review will prompt change, as well as prevent anyone else from being treated poorly.

My wife and I stayed overnight a few days ago. The staff is amazing but we were so fortunate to meet Mary Beth in the marketing department and she was simply wonderful in every way. We had been moving for 2 weeks and she helped us navigate the dining and bar experience with ease and was so hospitable!!! We loved our room and the food was excellent. I highly recommend staying here if you get a chance!

The scent that they use in the hotel is overwhelming. It caused me to cough and feel very uncomfortable. Disappointed.Food & drinks: No room service. Need car to go anywhere

Lovely hotel in Southlake! Wish I would have taken more pictures but I got the most important ones. Beautiful lobby and check-in area, dining, bar, and entry. And the room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. My one complaint with the room was the bathroom and not having a shower door. Water went everywhere. So be careful getting out cause I almost wiped out the first night! I also went to the on-site restaurant. At first, I wasn’t impressed. The waiter was not friendly, never smiled, and was very short in his interaction making me think he was either having a bad day or didn’t like his job. But the food and drinks were good so no other complaints. They also have plenty of parking, which is a huge plus in my eyes. Give them a try if you’re in the area! It was an overall pleasant stay!
