We got my sons cross country shoes from here. He was having an issue with his foot and Dallas Running Company switched his shoes out and made it right. Will definitely go back.

I had a great experience when I went with my daughter to get her some running shoes. The young lady Blaque ( I believe that how her name was spelled) was very knowledgeable and was so very helpful and took the time to explain to my daughter and I what type of shoes is a better fit for her foot. I’m looking forward to telling this place to my friends. 5 stars

I had a great experience and got a great shoe. Reed was very helpful. He measured my feet and used the force plate to look at my pressure points to suggest shoes and inserts. The inventory is a little low since they don’t carry all the color options of the shoes, but I still found one that looks and feels good. Would definitely recommend if you’re not sure the exact shoe you want and need a more personalized approach with an educated staff.

We came across Dallas Running Company while in this shopping center last week. I knew that they were associated with Fort Worth Running Co which is generally where we would purchase our running shoes. We stopped in and were so pleased with the service we received and also the selection. Both far exceeded that of Fort Worth Running Co. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. We will definitely be visiting DRC instead of FWRC the next time we need running attire or shoes!!

I really loved this dallas running company I have a flat foot problem and they patiently listens and provide the solution and their customer service is exceptional. they sell according to the website no extra charges. only dissapointing is they dont have all models/colors in flipflops

I had bought a pair of walking Hoka Shoes in Oct. of 2023. The shoes started to create foot problems. So I stopped using them. Today on March 4, 2024 I went to the Southlake Tx store. I asked to speak to a Manager and James Vo Assisted me. He asked if I had my feet scanned and I said no. We scanned my feet and he immediately recognized the issue. He gave me a COMPLETE REFUND! He then put me in a Hoka that had a higher arch support. I went ahead and got some additional arch support by Hoka. The shoes are great the service was above and beyond in this day in time! I Highly recommend the Dallas Running Co! And a special thank you to James Vo who was awesome!
NEW UPDATE June 8 2024.
I had to go back to the store due to foot pain in my left foot toes. I went to my podiatrist and he looked at my shoes and stated that my foot is 10 and I needed a 10 1/2 instead of the size 10 I was wearing When I got into the store, I met Delaney Burns, who was a manager and explained my situation to him. He measured both of my feet again and my left foot was a size 10 and my right foot was a size 9, which he thought was very unusual because he only sees it once in a blue moon. Delaney immediately got me a pair of 10 1/2 shoes and then put the insoles I purchased earlier for the other shoes; then had me try them on and they fit perfectly and my pain stopped immediately. The running company is represented by the most honest people I’ve ever seen in my life. It is unbelievable that they not only replaced one pair of my shoes for no cost, but then a second pair due to the problems I was having. I’ve never had a store do the way they have I’m my 71 years of living and buying shoes Mr. Burns was extremely exceptional and his customer service and his concern for my problem. I wanted to thank him personally for his quality service and most importantly for the second pair of free shoes they gave me. I can promise you I will never go anywhere else for my tennis shoes, but the Dallas running company. The are truly an outstanding company and extremely a very honest company. I asked them what do they do with all of these shoes that they take in and replace for free and what they do is give them to homeless shelters which I thought was the most amazing thing I’ve ever ever seen a company do. The Dallas running company has my undying support and appreciation for all that you do for the homeless and for your customers thank you so much for being such a fresh breath of air as a retailer!

Long story short, I had the best experience buying shoes thanks to James Vo! I just had my longest run yet—4 miles with no discomfort during or after the run. I made the best choice possible and definitely recommend this store.
