Worst experience. Worst decision to go there to change my tire. They damaged my wheel cover and denied the responsibility. The claim department told me that the wheel cover was already damaged when I brought the car which is completely wrong. Nobody has touched the wheel cover since I bought the car. They asked me to provide evidence that it was damaged in the shop. Avoid this tire shop. They won’t care if they damage your vehicle. No wonder they have so many negative reviews.

Bad front desk customer service is nightmare.
You would be treated better at gas stations.
Was there for tire rotation came back with bad mouthed rude front desk employees.
Costco should close tire service at this location
I have experienced worst kind of behavior from tire center employee ever in my life
They are worst than local service center discounttires midas sams club combined
Not sure if you get fired from all of other store for your rude behavior you get job at this location. Bad customer and rude behavior must be skillset to get job at this location.
Costco tire has worst customer service at this location
It better to avoid this location especially for tire services i would recommend visit plano location
And aslo file customer complaint for every rude behavior customer has to go through.
They are rude not sure whats entitlement. Even employee can get rude in front of supervisor while supervisor is speaking to customer
This was most bad experience in my life from any costco employee ever.
While i was speaking to supervisor the guy with name tag “nikka” put in middle of conversation and says “he need to stop talking and get out of here”
Never heard from any store employee while being taken care by supervisor.
Supervisor knows is a toxic employee so he walks away and comes back again to speak.

I blew a tire on the highway. Was ready to replace it. Nikko at the front desk asked me if I purchased it at Costco . I sail I wasn't sure. He had me pull up my cay and he checked the tire and verified it was purchased at Costco. Great service they replaced it under warranty. Nikko. Was excellent.. he went above and beyond. Thanks Costco great service.

Did a decent job although the tire pressure they put in my tires could have been better (one was fairly overinflated).
Costco the price of Discount Tire with a Michelin tire deal so I went here (plus I really like Costco in general). There's room for improvement though in several areas like the appointment website... but nice thing is you can shop Costco while you wait.
Probably best to avoid times and days when they are busiest.

Terrible, terrible experience with this Costco’s Tire Center which is so unfortunate! I would have given zero stars if that was an option. They broke something, placed it in my passenger’s seat, and then advised me to take it somewhere else to fix what they had done. What was the point of coming here for service when I could have chosen any other tire center to complete the job successfully and without any damage initially? Additionally, the manager Abi is extremely unprofessional and would benefit from both customer service and managerial training. After escalating the situation to the supervisor of this Costco, Martin and contacting Costco Corporate, I am now awaiting final response of how they are going to handle this situation. Until then, save yourself a headache and take your vehicle anywhere else.

Ohh the silliness. Book a week in advance. Show up early. Bring my sprinter in. Very friendly counter rep. Drop of my keys. Get a call a few minutes later saying my tires are too old to rotate. Understandable if they didn’t want to patch an old tire but rotating and rebalancing cause tires are too old is just silly. I ask for a policy stating they can’t rotate old tires assuming they could look into it and realize it was a mistake. Nope. I get some more silly explanations now how they can’t rotate sprinters pre 2010 cause they don’t have the lift specs. I try and guide her through why that is and tell her that they need to look up dodge lift specs for pre 2010 sprinters but she just won’t hear me. Even though the frame on these sprinters is exactly the same from 2007 to present. Down to the exact bolt size. But I did have a discussion about lifting the van with the very friendly sales rep before hand who told me they could work on sprinters now. Seems clear that she was looking for an excuse not to back down from a silly decision she had made earlier. An ounce of humility would go a long way here. If I have any of these details wrong please let me know.

Always accurate and always fast. Great location. We frequent this store. Sunday traffic is usually packed but the lines more quickly if you have a few items or use self checkout.

The Tire Center did not answer their phone on Wed. 2/28 all morning, so I couldn't make an appointment. I assume they are busy, but having insufficient employees on hand to do the work and answer the phone is management's fault. The Southlake Costco Tire Center had no problem answering the phone.

I'm pretty shocked to see a Costco employee yell at a customer in the tire/battery side about a VISA refund around 4 pm 2.3.24 I shop here all the time and never have an issue on the grocery side I even own stock in this company and this didn't sit well with me. I'm pretty sure it was the first guy with their pictures on the wall to show who they are. I go here weekly, but this was very unprofessional and thinking of escalating this to district VP. It was very sad to see this today ?

0 stars to their tire service dept. 1. They will not fix emergency flats unless you schedule an appointment. So next time you have a flat tire make sure to plan it in advance and schedule appointment. I had to practically beg manager to fix a tire with low air pressure 30 minutes before they closed. Guess they expect customers to swap spare and wait 2 weeks out for repair.! 2. They will not fix flats where fix a flat was used. On a late Sunday night cross country trip had no other choice to use fix a flat for tire slowily using air pressure. Chose this option given time of day no light and lack of shoulder on highway. The tire crew and manager refused to fix a simple flat over 1 inch from the sidewall because a slight amount fix a flat was used. The size and location was well with in Michelen standards for repair. Instead the he manager wanted me to buy a new pro rated tire for $100 on a set of tires only 6 months old Bottom line. You get what you pay for. They usually have the lowest purchase price but Costco will meet up ANY excuse to not service your tires, they will not accommodate emergency repairs - and they will fabricate any reason to sell you unnecessary new tires at your cost - so I assure you your total out of pocket costs for tires will far exceed their competition who UNDERSTAND simply emergency flat repairs

Don't expect anyone to go out of their way in the bakery department. I asked for a rainbow border and rainbow letters and they couldn't bother to call me and let me know they weren't going to do that. I put order in on Tuesday and picked up on Saturday. They had plenty of time to call and I would have gone somewhere else. I showed up on Saturday and the baker handed me the cake and walked away. Won't be ordering from their bakery department again. It's just lazy.

Have been a Costco member since 2017 and have used my membership at clubs all over Texas with no problem. I was racially profiled at this Costco when I was asked to show my Costco ID at self checkout. I thought this was an odd request but gladly pulled out my membership anyway and was asked to see the back of it as well. He quickly snatched it up and did not want to give it back to me. I was the only customer that was asked to show their Costco card. He did not check anybody else's after. They asked me for my ID to verify that I was on the account and held me up for 15 minutes while they checked. I explained that my grandmother was disabled and physically does not leave the house. They made it seem like they were being gracious by allowing me to purchase the little produce I had to make dinner for my family. I will be contacting corporate.

Sheisty, fake warranty, better off getting tires somewhere else as they rip you off on their warranty and what it falls under
