Always accurate and always fast. Great location. We frequent this store. Sunday traffic is usually packed but the lines more quickly if you have a few items or use self checkout.

0 stars to their tire service dept. 1. They will not fix emergency flats unless you schedule an appointment. So next time you have a flat tire make sure to plan it in advance and schedule appointment. I had to practically beg manager to fix a tire with low air pressure 30 minutes before they closed. Guess they expect customers to swap spare and wait 2 weeks out for repair.! 2. They will not fix flats where fix a flat was used. On a late Sunday night cross country trip had no other choice to use fix a flat for tire slowily using air pressure. Chose this option given time of day no light and lack of shoulder on highway. The tire crew and manager refused to fix a simple flat over 1 inch from the sidewall because a slight amount fix a flat was used. The size and location was well with in Michelen standards for repair. Instead the he manager wanted me to buy a new pro rated tire for $100 on a set of tires only 6 months old Bottom line. You get what you pay for. They usually have the lowest purchase price but Costco will meet up ANY excuse to not service your tires, they will not accommodate emergency repairs - and they will fabricate any reason to sell you unnecessary new tires at your cost - so I assure you your total out of pocket costs for tires will far exceed their competition who UNDERSTAND simply emergency flat repairs

Don't expect anyone to go out of their way in the bakery department. I asked for a rainbow border and rainbow letters and they couldn't bother to call me and let me know they weren't going to do that. I put order in on Tuesday and picked up on Saturday. They had plenty of time to call and I would have gone somewhere else. I showed up on Saturday and the baker handed me the cake and walked away. Won't be ordering from their bakery department again. It's just lazy.

Have been a Costco member since 2017 and have used my membership at clubs all over Texas with no problem. I was racially profiled at this Costco when I was asked to show my Costco ID at self checkout. I thought this was an odd request but gladly pulled out my membership anyway and was asked to see the back of it as well. He quickly snatched it up and did not want to give it back to me. I was the only customer that was asked to show their Costco card. He did not check anybody else's after. They asked me for my ID to verify that I was on the account and held me up for 15 minutes while they checked. I explained that my grandmother was disabled and physically does not leave the house. They made it seem like they were being gracious by allowing me to purchase the little produce I had to make dinner for my family. I will be contacting corporate.

The most raciest costco location in DFW, all the employees looks down to other races except white people. I went to pharmacy to get help this white lady at counter ignoring me pretending she was doing something but she was on her phone. I waited for next person while she is on her phone. I was looking for probiotics which she said they don't have it she didn't looked what I was looking for. I found myself and yes have in raw 20feet where she was standing. Thanks for not helping me and for being raciest. This location's employee will say hi to the person in front of you and don't even acknowledge you while ringing your items. Zero customer service. I called the location and spoke with assistant manager Keith. He did not say that he going call back with updates or any. I wish I have an other location near me.

What's not to like about Costco? Return policy is consistent from state to state. They take back items after they have been opened . I returned some fruit from a couple of days ago after I found mold on them. They have a list of your purchased items under your membership. Wishlist #1. I wish they posted the prices of gas so you can see it before deciding yo get in line #2. I wish there was a Costco car wash like at some locations #3. I wish you can order their sheet cakes at a smaller scale. Yes, I love their sheet cakes #4. I wish they carried liquor as they do in some states. I know it's due to the state regulations but would be nice to get it all under one roof and at the great Costco prices. I personally love the Costco vodka . #5. I wish they carried almond milk creamer and almond / cashew yogurts

I seldom make it to this location versus the one in Alliance Town Center, but maybe I need to swap that out more often. We decided to do a run for regulars over this way for a change and it's a lot better, IMO. Right off the bat, despite being an older location, they're clearly less shop-worn, their entire supply of carts are like new. Shelves and aisles were just more orderly, etc. And the place is a bit smaller, which might be a good thing, 'cuz it's just less "garage sale-ish" mess about. The Alliance location has more stuff that has nothing to do with a "supply run" like clothes and books flat on tables, just unsightly clutter to get in the way of just getting those eggs and toilet paper. And I don't think it was my imagination that the staff was even less fatigued, looked more upbeat, probably because the workload is less heavy compared to the other locations. Anyway, even though it's a bit farther, we'll probably be coming here more often. I speculate some of why the Alliance location gets hammered harder is because it's the farthest north-west in the DFW area-ish, so the rural communities come to that one, not so much this one since it's deeper "in town". Anyway, if you're suffering a bit of Costco-dread, maybe work this location more in the routine, even if it is a bit farther, IMO.

This is my go to Costco. You can always find a staff member , rolling through the aisles , ready to answer any questions you may have . They always have the freshest flowers, and the cleanest aisles. Samples galore and the customers aren't as aggressive as the Lewisville location.

Terrific selections and staff. The newly located OPTICAL and Hearing department near Pharmacy is soo smart with no cross-traffic! I have TRIFOCALS, and Costco Optical's price for incredible "everything" glasses was nearly $200 LESS than America's Best!! They are my GO-TO from fuel to TIRES TO OPTICAL TO EVERYTHING!

Most Costcos are designed the same way and this one wasn't no different but I do notice that they did have this watch I like that they didn't have at the Arlington Duncanville or north Dallas locations...

Was here yesterday (10/16/22) and it was just another typical day at Costco. Until I put my cart at the front on the way out and was confronted by a disgruntled cart lady who attacked me for not putting the cart exactly where she wanted it. This lady was wearing a pink top/vest and was the rudest and nastiest employee I have ever encountered. I literally took time to make sure I put the cart in a safe place and she berates me because it's not in the exact spot it should be. It's ironic because there were carts everywhere in the parking lot and on curbs (see picture). I actually put the cart near where it should be. But this nasty lady saw fit to attack the customer because I "made her life difficult". This lady has no idea how to treat customers and should be fired.

Large and clean store with tons and tons of everything...you need half a day to go through everything. Samples at the end of almost every other aisle. Christmas trees and holiday wrapping. Looks like they added extra room for the clothing tables. Large screen TV's -- all sizes. Fine Jewelry, light bulbs, generators, fresh produce, cat and dog foods and accessories, fresh baked breads and muffins, hot tubs, socks, furniture, vitamins, wines, snacks, books, shampoos, laundry soap, etc. And the only photo I took was of their bulgogi. Haha. Fairly easy parking. Quick checkouts. They even have self-checkouts (which I won't do unless they want to offer added discounts for working there). Worth the trip to Southlake, Tejas. Ah haaaaah.

10:30 Am 9/16/22 Went to fill up at fuel station. Put in card to activate. Ii am a Costco member. I Was putting nozzle in my car, and attendant (tall guy) told me to pull up, I told him I wasn't pulling up, because I already activated pump. Attendant insisted I pull up, and cancelled my activation of the pump with his hand. He was very rude insisting I move up. I put my gas cap back on, and left to QT to fill up.
