WORTH EVERY CENT. They have been "on my team" since I took my business full-time and have saved me endless frustration and even prevented multiple hacks. This is a fabulous organization. They are friendly, professional and very responsive. My business and personal computers are set up with their monthly membership, so there are no hassles when I have a question. I highly recommend them!

Had our computers browser highjacked so called this company. Right over the phone they were able to remove the issue while talking to us. For retired 70+ couple, we so appreciated the explanation, issue resolved and timelness. Thanks for the knowledge you have on staff!!

would not return huge ripoff, brought in laptop for simple fan replacement, charged 100 for diagnosis that should be applied to the repair, then upped their hours worked on it to cancel it out, 284 total out the door to replace a fan.... Better off just buying a new one than coming here.

the problem did get fixed the issue is the pricing which while it is discussed up front it isn't revealed until your 100 dollars is on the line that its going to be significantly more than expected... i did agree to pay rather than throwing 100 away and starting over. you can argue your pricing is fair, but that is your opinion, and does not invalidate a complaint on price. to ask me to remove it is laughable and if you don't want people complaining about prices, try charging realistically to the work your doing.

We heard about Computer CPR through a mutual friend. I’m so glad I took my laptop to them and not Geek Squad! All I needed was a new battery and I had my computer back in less than 48 hours! The cost was minimal and it was the easiest process I’ve ever experienced! Everyone was pleasant, very customer service focused and I was contacted several times regarding diagnostics, status and completion! We will definitely be going back! Computer CPR is our new go to place for computer issues!

I would recommend this be the first place anyone brings their computer to get IT services. Service was impeccable, I was able to speak to a real person, and the care that all members gave to me helped me get back to my business in a day! Way faster than the 3 weeks best buy said it would take.
