Great experience! I was helped by Connor (who was helping other customers too). Great customer service from Connor (and the cashier was nice). I got two bags for a huge savings!! I'll be back!

The service at this location is excellent! I ordered a matching purse and wallet set online and the wallet arrived damaged. I wanted to exchange in the store for convenience and minimal waiting time. The staff handled it quickly, smoothly, and professionally. It was an easy swap! Next time I'm buying from this specific location as I am impressed with the quality of service. The layout of the store is well done! All of the holiday items were together, while the purses were organized by size.

My chain had come of my backpack, so I stopped by to see how much it was to replace the chain since I still had my tag. There was a nice young lady that greeted me at the front of the store, she asked if she could assist me. I explained the situation, she smiled under her mask and said she would be right back. She comes back with a extra tags and chains. That's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I did not get her name she was excellent! Thank you so so much!!! She went above and beyond !!!!!

I went last Saturday to this location for a quick "treat yourself" shopping session. I walked in for the first time and was so excited! It was near closing time, around 5:45 and the store had about 8 shoppers. The man on the floor was with other customers and I figured he would help me as soon as he was free. As I was looking at the wallets, I could see him walk around the floor but he did not approach me. I've wanted a backpack for leisure and went to checkout the sale section. I found one I loved but it was high on the shelf and he never acknowledged me or asked if he could help. I continued shopping but I felt uncomfortable as I was deciding which wallet to purchase--I noticed the man watching me and walking around but he never spoke to me or offered suggestions--by now I was in the store with 3 or so people. The person at the register, a blond shift manager, I supposed, asked if anyone helped me and I stated that I didn't even receive a greeting. She apologized and was kind, it was a great interaction! The man was rude--he chose to ignore me and I believe based on my appearance, he perceived I was not worth helping. Negative experience with this employee but positive experience with the shift manager and Coach product!

After being fortunate enough to meet and speak to Mr. Kolster I received a copy of this book. I realised that I was always listening and learning but never living. This book solidified every thing that I have practice and believed in many aspects of my professional life. Purchased some lovely wallets. One wristlet wallet and one card case. Both gorgeous and wonderful quality. The holiday sale from this past weekend was awesome. 50% off plus 20% sale price on wallets. The women were very helpful and made sure we got what we were looking for.

They USED to be really good. Now, they inflate their prices and have fake "sales". I saw some men's shoes for $90. Then received email for 50% off "sale". They inflated the retail price to $225, so "sale" price was $112. So lame.

The grapevine mills mall has always been my favorite place to shop. It has the most extensive selection of stores and I always get lucky enough to get a great deal. However, today was the first time I shopped at Coach at this location and I must say it was an absolute pleasure. I was greeted by a friendly smile as soon as I walked in and they were having the best sale I have seen at Coach in a long time. If you guys have not been here and love Coach you guys should check it out.

This store is like is amazing. Must I say I forgot how cool the Coach Line is! This store rocks because they having everything at amazing prices. You must stop in to pick up something for yourself or a gift for someone else. Staff is friendly and greets you at the door!!

One of my most horrible shopping transactions to date. Was told Coach had a lifetime warranty. I took a purse back to be repaired after having for 1-2 years and paid $20 to have it shipped to be repaired. Store called to tell me that it was irreparable and would give me a 40% coupon towards future purchase. Purse actually only has a 1 yr guarantee. Really?? Why would I spend more money to buy a poor quality product from them???? When I called this store that I purchased it from, the manager refused to talk to me and just told the store associate to tell me to call customer service. I will not shop here again!

I really love Coach Factory and waiting for Black Friday to get some stuff from them. Most of the times (sometime monthly) when I go to Coach Outlet I look online for coupons and hop to find the best ever (they have 30% off coupons).
