My review is for the drive up ATM at this location as I have never needed to go inside for any customer service. My experience with them and this location is that the ATM is in a highly visible and well lit area and I have always felt safe using it. Also it's always fairly easy to get in and out of the parking lot at this branch. I also like that the machine is always clean and well maintained.

The staff is very upbeat and friendly. It seemed like everyone had woken up and taken three happy pills and two cups of coffee before coming to work.

Alan is the best banker! He has unselfishly spent 5+ hours to clear up a complicated issue. If you want a banker you can trust, and who answers the phone ask for Alan. He makes chase trustworthy. Open up credit cards, bank accounts with him. - honestly never had a better customer experience in my life.

CHASE BANK LITERALLY DEFRAUDED ME. Be very careful.I GOT A CALL THAT MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT WAS OVERDRAWN BY $200. I DEPOSITED $600 TO KEEP THE ACCOUNT OPEN. A MONTH LATER I WENT TO CHASE BANK TO MAKE A DEPOSIT INTO MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT. I WAS TOLD THE ACCOUNT HAD BEEN CLOSED. WHERE IS THE $400 YOU ASK? TO THIS DAY, NO ONE KNOWS. IT HAS “VANISHED”. I WAS ABLE TO FIND THE TRANSFER, BUT LISTENING TO EVERYONES EXCUSE AS TO WHERE THE $400 WAS “APPLIED” TO MADE ME SICK AND I WANT TO FORGET THIS WHOLE THING.CHASE’S METHOD OF THEFT FROM CUSTOMERS IS ACTUALLY QUITE INTELLIGENT. WHEN YOU STEAL $400 A POP FROM EACH CUSTOMER, YOU CAN MAKE QUITE ALOT OF MONEY PER DAY. I DECIDED NOT TO FIGHT THEM, BECAUSE THE BEST WAY TO PUNISH THEIR CRIMES IS TO WARN THE PUBLIC TO BANK ELSEWHERE.
