Got my hands and feet done here for my birthday. The lady who did my hands did great. The lady who did my feet picked out the color for the matching set (it wasn’t) cut my toe, looked at me and didn’t say anything. I thought she had cleaned it but didn’t causing it to get infected. You can see the redness on the side of my big toe. Luckily, nothing came of it due to cleaning/dressing it appropriately. They charged a bit much for sad service. Won’t be going back to try again.

Tried this place few times thinking someone will do a good job. But no luck. Last time I did my nails it didn’t last more than a week. Can was the nail tech and she cut my cuticles and my fingers were swollen for days. I called the owner and complained about it. The place is big and looks good but the service is not satisfying. Finally I decided to do my own nails. I don’t wanna catch any fungus by going to this place ply waste my money for nails that won’t last.

The classic bait / switch and false advertising here. I got the deluxe and timed the massage portion since that was the big aspect of it, 14 min. When my timer said 10 I asked the lady if there would be more and she said it’s a 10 min one, I said the menu up front says 14, and so she got up and then came back and starting putting polish on, I asked her about the remaining time and she said she would take care of it. But as anyone knows once you apply the polish you’re not massaging the feet, and it’s funny bc she said “4 minutes” and I never mentioned the exact time, but she knew. Hmmmm.
So she does her part and I go to pay, and I said I’d like to use the discount from the google listing, and he said that’s for customers paying $50. And I said that is not what is advertised. The guy honored it but this is is a scam to get you in the door. Do *not* go here.

Lori, who was my tech, was amazing. This was my first visit, and Lori was very accommodating towards me. The hospitality at this spa was also amazing. I can't wait to go back to work and show off my nails. :-)
I would not hesitate to refer others to this salon.

The woman who took care of my nails was very pleasant and quick. I did find that she didn’t make the white tips for my dip (French manicure) quite thick enough. After looking, I can clearly see where the tip is added to my nails underneath.

Lori, my nail tech was amazing! She was skilled, pleasant, and very accommodating towards me. The ambiance was nice, and the man attending the front was very hospitable. This was my first visit, and I would not hesitate to refer others to this salon.

Been to this nail salon 4 times. Last night was a disaster. Daughter and I went for a pedi and mani. No hot water. I had to mention it to the technician. Then they literally heated up water in a pitcher and poured in both of the foot tubs. I mentioned to the owner. He acted surprised which he wasn’t as he knew there was an issue. Had a newer Tech on my nails….lets just say not good at all. My daughter’s Technician was great…Christina. The owner never apologized for the semi warm water etc. and didn’t offer to provide a discount. I pay for a service no matter his water problems or new Techs. I expect great service for the amount I pay. Doubt I will be back.

Christina is the best! I'm so picky about the shape of my nails and she was patient and gave me the best manicure of my life. 10/10 recommend!!!

I made an appointment and the drive to Southlake to Castle Nail Spa, totally worth the extra time. Christina was able to duplicate the exact design I wanted for my nails and Tee made me forget I had worked 68 hours the week before when she was doing my pedicure. Great people, good vibes, and an all around great experience! Go see them!!!

CHRISTINA WAS SO GREAT. the most friendly nail technician i’ve ever met by far. from the start she was very welcoming , talked with me the whole time & by the end we were bffs lol. she did a perfect job for what i asked for and was quick. the place is clean, the staff is so so nice & i highly recommend coming here!

Christiana did my nails. She was amazing and detailed on her work. I showed her an inspo picture and it turned out amazing!
Gabby did my pedicure she was super sweet and did a good job on my toes.

I always love going here and they do such an amazing job!! My nails are always sturdy but they don’t have gooey/thick look and they’re always super nice!
