terrible service. received a gift card and drove 30 minutes here and got a babysitter for my kids and was told to come back in an hour because they didn't have anyone available. the salon was empty with 2 people getting pedicures. I was told to make an apt and so i asked to make a future apt and was told I have to call. I waste of my time and gas. Terrible service and rude people and never even made me a future apt.

I'm giving them 3 stars because they do some really good work, but I have an issue. I only get one hand done due to a disability I have, I didn't choose to be born this way. Yet, they try to over charge me by only doing 20% off. I talk them up to 30% but that's still way too much. I only do ONE hand. It's ableist.

5 Star service. I am visiting from out of town and did a google search and booked randomly based on location and other reviews. I was lucky they had an opening and it happened to be with the owner Paul. Gel-X nails and the cucumber pedi - both are fantastic. He’s a caring individual with great people, customer service skills and He’s definitely a pro. My hands looks great and and feet feel wonderful. I will be back on my next visit! Wish his place were closer to me!

This nail spa is the best in DFW. No one else comes close to the amazing work and customer service they provide. If you want an amazing nail experience, Blu Nail Spa is the only choice. They bend over backwards to make customers happy.

The 5 stars are no joke. The booking was easy. Communication from start to finish was great. Paul does a great job keeping the place fresh, clean, and RELAXING! All the best color selections. The message chairs are super modern compared to others. Complementary drinks are perfect especially for champagne girls. This place is impeccable and kept immaculate! If modern and relaxing is your vibe this is it! I came on a Wednesday and personally could never go wrong on a weekday if you want peace -at any nail salon. Truly lives up to a quality salon vs just a nail shop. The price is very reasonable. Can’t wait to bring my husband for his PEDI because his standards are above anyone I met and I trust this salon to do the job well.Tracy did my nails and chose anyone available to do my gel toes. Both women did a great job.

First time at the Salon today. Paul the owner is really cool. I had some allergy concerns when I booked my appointment. He was patient and actually cared about my concerns to the point he remembered them all when I came in. Jordan did my nails. I appreciated his level of detail and the fact that he didn’t rush. In addition to all this,I was given a Christmas bag with cool stuff. Overall it was a great experience!
