We bought furniture and were advised by the salesperson to purchase the extended warranty due to having small children and a dog. Dealing with the warranty company has been exhausting. When we purchased the warranty, we were told that if the company couldn't restore the furniture to its original condition, they would replace it. However, they were unresponsive and uncooperative when we asked them to address a stain on the rug. Fortunately, Bassett refunded the several hundred dollars we paid for the warranty. We would never have bought this quality of furniture without some sort of protection, given its intended use. I feel like we were misled by the salesperson and would not buy furniture from here again.

We had an amazing experience when designing and choosing our formal living room for our home, which you see first thing when you enter. We worked with Gayla and she was amazing throughout the entire process. She listened to our description of our room and interests then put together multiple options, all very good ones to choose from. She did a great job of helping us pick the right style of couch & chairs for our home and choose matching pillows along with a great centerpiece rug that was even on sale and a floor model. She was very thoughtful to help us coordinate the entire order so it all came at once vs taking the floor model items now and then the rest later...that was very thoughtful. She continued to keep us informed of the shipping and timing to coordinate the best timing for us
Overall, Gayla was an incredible salesperson...very thoughtful of both our time and coordinating logistics all together, great eye for design with awesome suggestions (and hard to choose between multiple very good options), even was helping clean a spot off something when we came back to finalize a couple additional items. She was so pleasant to work with and would always want to work with her again on future items (and already have on two additional purchases for another room and additional accessories for the living room). 100% would recommend Gayla anytime to work with!!

My wife and I purchased our first Bassett sectional in 2016. It survived a cross country move as well as two other moves after. We decided to try a love sac sectional in 2023 and immediately regretted the decision. We went into the Bassett location in Southlake Texas and worked with Gayla. Gayla was phenomenal to work with in designing our next Bassett sectional! We highly recommend Gayla at the Southlake Bassett location!

Outstanding experience at Bassett Furniture largely attributed to our Sales Specialist, Khalisah. Khalisah walked us through the different sofa/chair styles, leather, color, and comfort options. She was attentive, answered all of our questions and provided great follow-up. Khalisah and several other Sales Associates provided a very welcoming environment for each of our visits.

I worked with Khalisah virtually to select all new living room furniture and an area rug. She went out of her way to make this unique design experience as convenient as possible.Through pics, videos, emails and texts I was immersed in the design experience from the comfort of my own home! I could not be happier with the selections we decided on. She took my suggestions and pulled it all together brilliantly. I highly recommend Khalisah to meet your design needs from near or afar!

We just bought a vacation home in SC and Chester helped me design and furnish the living. I walked in only with photos and only a little idea of what I wanted. Chester patiently helped me work through the many decisions I had to make. I found his knowledge and understanding of what elements went well together a huge help. I leaned heavily on his thoughts and ideas and I am not disappointed. I was so grateful that I was able to work locally with him in Texas and get delivery through Bassett’s Greenville SC store. I have complete confidence in using Chester as a design consultant and highly recommend him to assist you with your home design needs.

11/10 experience. I had a product question, and was able to connect within seconds to one of their designers, Khalisah, who not only answered every question I had, but did so via actual video's she took herself and sent to me via text to my phone. I have never had an experience like it, more people should be doing this. I have already recommended them to a few friends. To Khalisah - THANK YOU!!!
