“This place is amazing great customer service over the phone an even better person my name is Jacob I took my 2012 Chrysler 300 for brake check and when I mentioned I was on my lunch break they immediately offered to give me a ride back to my job, if I wanted to have the front and rear brakes changed and would have my car back within an hr so since I just didn’t have the time today, I figured the least I can do is right and honest review about the great experience I had and can’t wait to go back tomorrow and actually get that done.”

I was told that I needed a new engine and I asked how much would that cost to get one, the gentleman told me to just take it to the dealer and they would put a new one in under a extended warranty. I was like for real. I called the dealer and had the car towed there and to my surprise the vehicle was approved for a new engine. Thank you Wade’s auto repair for being honest and upfront.”

“I went about 3 weeks with a hole in my tire cuz I had no idea how much it would cost to fix it. My sister referred me to them and told me it’s only $15. I was like sayyyy less.
The older gentleman mechanic was kind, he came out and explained the issue. Also coming from a woman, it often feels intimidating going to a mechanical shop on my own but the interaction I had with the 2 ladies at the front made me feel more comfortable.”

“Had two very good recent experiences at the colleyville location. Dealer quoted me $460 for front brakes on our Infiniti and Brakes Plus price for their lifetime pads was just ~$200 which includes resurfacing the rotors. They did it in a timely fashion and there was no upsell.
They also help me diagnose a tricky error code on my Cadillac srx and solved the issue for me.”

Johnathan scheduled me in and Jason took care of the rest. The communication was on point, I was never left in the dark. Jason notified me of some other safety issues I was unaware of and took care of it. My biggest worry, the price to have it all done. He was honest upfront with his quote and never once gave me the impression he couldn't be trusted. I am grateful for Jason, seriously the absolute best mechanic I've ever met. “I had them look at my Jeep on 08/06/2024 because a different mechanic told me there were issues with my engine and the only solution was to buy expensive replacement parts. But, when Jeremy called, he said they drove and inspected it and didn't find find anything wrong. I'm not a mechanic, so it would have been easy for him to tell me I needed unnecessary work so they could make money off me, but they were honest instead. I offered to pay for their time, and he even refused that. Their website says they believe in honesty, integrity, and professionalism and they proved that to me.”

“Our old reliable 2000 Ford Expedition finally decided to have a problem and after consulting a couple of local friends we ended up having her towed to Lorentz in Lewisville....They replaced the serpentine belt and turned her up...They also fixed a couple of minor things we had put on the back burner...Everyone was so gosh darn nice and SO knowledgeable...Kept us informed and we were in and out !!!!....Fairly priced...We will be back and tell others about our experience for sure !!!!!......Charlie and Debbie”
