I love shopping anthro, but the associates at this location are consistently rude and unwelcoming. It seems to be the culture at this particular store based on the other reviews.

Although the store has a very gorgeous atmosphere and solid collection, I had a disappointing experience with rude and unwelcoming sales associates. Improved customer service is crucial for an inclusive shopping environment, and I would rather take a longer drive to a different store for a better experience.

Anthropologie in Southlake is a stunning store offering a wide range of items, from luxury clothing and hair accessories to stylish household plates, glasses, and decorative objects. Their dresses and shades are particularly appealing, and they also feature beautiful coats and stylish pajamas. While their collection is superb, it's worth noting that they lean towards the expensive side. Despite the price point, I would definitely consider visiting the store again for their unique offerings.

Can't say anything bad about the merchandise, that's the reason why I still shop online even though I have to return items that don't usually work out for me to this particular location. Unfortunately, it is the closest Anthropologie to my house so I still come here for returns even though every time I do I always get treated poorly. This one star is actually for their awful customer service. Like the other reviewer previously mentioned, you gotta be their target demographic, otherwise, good luck! You WILL get ignored, side eyed and down right snubbed, right to your face. I already expect it every single visit, which is really just sad. I really need to just take my business elsewhere.

Please just hire competent and not rude sale associates. I went to get a pot and apparently it is “really hard” to doble bag it so the costumer can take it. It was like I was inconveniencing her for buying a 95 dollar pot. Ridiculous!

When I am able to shop in the store, I almost always find something that works for me. Their quality is consistent and if I look I can find real fabrics like cotton, silk, wool, linen; those are my choices. It is nice to feel what something is made of before purchasing and that's not possible online. It makes so much difference to know how a fabric is going to drape and if it is soft on the skin, etc. There are things are always stylish and current. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Just really a good place to shop!!

My brother-in-law went to this location to buy a gift for my sister on Thursday, April 20th. He picked out a dress and some shoes. There were three people behind the counter talking. One person was ringing up a customer. He circled the store twice, and no one bothered to ask if he needed help. He ended up putting the dress and the shoes back. For years he has taken my nephews in for each of them to pick an outfit out for my sister. What a shame that customer service has come to this especially at a high end store. I truly hope that upper management sees this and makes some changes.

I'm shocked there was only a 3.5 on this store. EVERY TIME I've gone in here the customer service has been amazing. They're helpful in the dressing room, on the floor & at the counter. So I give them 5 stars all around !!!

Staff is rude and or ignores you at the Southlake TX location. I’ve never been treated so badly in a store.

terrible customer service. felt like i wasn’t allowed in the store and employees would rather turn around when i’m near then help. disappointing when i was trying on clothes and told to rush when i could hear the person in the next dressing room over be told to take their time and employee grabbed them more sizes. found the perfect dress I wanted to buy but left empty handed because of how uncomfortable i felt in the store.
