The staff and Doctors are amazing! Always friendly. They show a genuine care for their patients (And the "parents" who are probably harder to handle than the patients) I cannot say enough good things about them!

Our dogs received the most thorough exam they have ever received, by far. The care staff go above and beyond to communicate proactively and show true care for their patients. They are a little on the expensive side, but it is a Southlake vet/location. Best care experience we’ve had in years!

This is our second cat. Everyone is very friendly, caring and thorough. I cannot say enough about the time Dr. Sanders spent with me to discuss everything and all the test results, and everything to do going forward. (And they were fantastic on our first cat also - especially how everything was handled when we had to put him down.)

Dr. Sanders, Dr. Zhen, and the entire staff have always provided our precious Rottweiler Kona with outstanding care. We had an appointment yesterday, and it was determined to be a critical situation requiring immediate surgery. Dr Sanders did some initial testing in her office and then arranged for Kona's immediate transfer to the Animal Emergency Hospital of North Texas for emergency surgery. We ALWAYS trust Dr. Sanders and Dr. Zhen with Kona, and their expertise yesterday saved Kona's life - THANK YOU!!

Always a great experience coming in. Senna loves all of the attention he gets from the front office, the vet techs and the doctors. We love that we always get a text within a couple days just to see how he is doing. It’s the little extra effort that keeps us coming back!!

My introduction were the three ladies at the front desk. All of them were friendly and professional. They took an interest in my cat asking questions.Dr. Sanders and Christina were caring, thorough, patient and knowledgeable.
I took my first cat, Squeaky to have a cyst drained and was relieved it wasn't cancerous.
My second cat, Mama's Kitty, went for her checkup and rabies shot. While Dr.Sanders did her checkup she saw that there were two teeth that needed to be removed. She showed me the two teeth and man they were bad.
My friend has gone there with his dog,Kelly, and was diagnosed with cancer. I went with him since I had seen the blood in her urine and they support my friend. Dr. Sanders was so compassionate, gentle and honest about the care Kelly would need.
When I saw the way Dr.Sanders took care of Kelly I knew she'd be the Dr. to take of my fur babies.

This vet clinic, the staff and Dr. Sanders are amazing. They go above and beyond for their patients and parents. I’m very skeptical of Vets and staff, but not at this clinic! I’ve known them for years, trust them and appreciate the attention to details. They will text you, making sure your pups are ok, days later.

Animal healthcare clinic is one of the BEST clinics hands down. Front to back it’s a great group of professionals. Customer service is great with knowledgeable technicians and doctors who are willing to help you with any of your pets needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a veterinarian and a place to call home.
