Worst experience, they sell soiled and stained clothes as clearance and they don't even disclose or warn the customer that the clothes are used and damaged to that extent inside. Felt very discriminated and looked down upon as a people of color. Looks like they want to welcome only certain kind of race.

I am very disappointed first off I got a dress in clearance with a red sticker on it and they didn’t even give to me for discounted and said it was a mistake by the workers and then started laughing at me when i asked if it was on clearance because common sense i found it in the clearance section like????? Second of all they put the red final sale stamp on and it got all over the front of my dress and when i went back they don’t do refunds and apparently it’s not in there system like if restaurants and other places can do it so can you it’s not hard and then made me pay .86 cents for there mistake???? doesn’t make sense they tried to make me find a dress for exactly $74 which there wasn’t because all their clothes are overpriced. I’m very disappointed.

I don't like that if you want to return something you don't get it. Your money is only store credit, and the girls who serve are looked down upon for being Hispanic!

Ashley, the “store manager” loves to give very degrading looks. My sisters and aunt and I were not welcomed with a hi only a dirty look.This store should look at hiring people who have positive and welcoming attitudes. No one should be treated the way we were just treated walking out of there.

Clothing is cheap. Staff unhelpful and went back on their word when they offered to exchange something when I had called. Save your money, clothes are Walmart quality at best.

Came in there looking for a dress for an event my parents are hosting this weekend. Rude employees. They think it’s cute to be rude but beauty is from inside out and the reality is they work at a clothing store. I might look 19 because I’m vietnamese but I’m actually 24 and a nurse.

The clothes and cute and I personally have never had a problem with the quality of the clothes. The staff does seem to be a bit unfriendly and privileged. I think that would reflect the southlake area though and not American Threads as a whole.

Would love to like this place but every single piece of clothing I buy is stained. Of course I don’t realize it until after it’s been purchased. Just bought a super cute bustier top and I just noticed brown stains on the bottom. Obviously that’s disgusting. I also see so many tops on the racks that are stained. Ew.

this my second time shopping here. the first was wonderful with incredibly helpful staff. this time I was met with cold flares from the employees. no one welcomed me into the store. I was even refused a fitting room at first. the fitting room was given to a girl who came in 15 min after me. I have lived in the Southlake area my whole life and have noticed how money talks. My money is just as green as anyone else’s. I am appalled at the judgmental staff who will only help girls who fit a certain stereotype.
