I’ve been going to All Star Orthopaedics for a few things. They have helped me a Lot. I’ve seen Drs Timon, Hurt, Honig. They are all awesome super nice. Answered all my questions. The staff is great and the front desk has been very helpful. I was recommended All Star by a friend. So glad I took her recommendation.

Update to my previous review. It is now Dec. 17th and I continue to receive letters from a collection agency for a bill I paid on Nov.22nd. Hopefully their surgical records are handled with more accuracy than their Billing Records if not, good luck with your treatment.

Let me start by stating Dr. Hurt is an outstanding and compassionate physician. When I first visited Dr. Hurt, I already had arthroscopic knee surgery out of state. The surgery did not correct the pain and swelling. Since that time, Dr. Hurt has been very patient and understanding of my situation. He has been very informative along the way, and we have tried other options. We have now decided to perform arthroscopic surgery, to make a better decision on how to repair my knee. My wife and I are incredibly thankful that we chose Dr. Honig for the care of our son for his knee surgery. The experience from the time of his injury to his complete recovery, now almost a year later, has been nothing but a positive experience. During the pre-surgery period, Dr. Honig always made himself available and did a wonderful job answering our questions, explaining the various options, and potential risks. He was very open to us seeking other opinions in the community and I know he did significant research prior to the procedure with his colleagues to validate his intended surgical approach to maximize the outcomes for our boy. The procedure was a great success as he has healed well, and is back to his full sports activity schedule. To this day, Dr. Honig personally reaches out to me to check in on our son’s progress. This is a true testament to Dr. Honig’s passion for the short and long term well being of his patients.

Great staff, know what they're doing. Painless, quick surgery. Only gripe is sometimes its hard to get a question answered promptly, but they eventually got back to me.

My family has been very happy with All Star and various family members have been extremely happy with the Dr.’s. Most recently I have worked with Dr Timon and he takes time to explain all options for treatments and I feel very comfortable that I am in good hands. Nobody wants an injury but when you have one you want to feel confident that you are going to have world class care and treatment.

I was verbally attacked by Dr. Hahn he sent me into a panic attack. I would give 0 stars but I can't. Don't go to this clinic and especially don't see Dr. Michael Hahn he only cares about his status, the money he makes and does not have bedside manners. You can find compassionate and honest doctors else where he is not one and is only there for his huge paycheck. Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else.

Dr. Tsay and his staff are amazing! I could not even begin to say what it means to me to be on the road to recovery. I had a Left tkr done here 2 years ago & then did the RT tkr last month. They were thorough, kind, and very supportive through both procedures. I have zero pain tolerance and Dr Tsay did a nerve block to help with that. God bless him and his staff!

I’ve seen Dr. Straus twice in three years for different ankle injuries. He‘s sharp, curt and to the point. Always in a hurry to move to the next patient. Nothing wrong with it, full marks to him, however, there are two things that earn this low rating from me:1. Their online appointment system is terrible and does not work, forcing you to follow up on the phone to confirm.2. More importantly, they are very insistent about doing X-Rays, the aggressiveness with which the staff push for them reeks of a scam / insurance fraud. In both instances, I had X-Rays available from a week earlier taken at the ER. Despite having shared those and associated report indicating that I did not have any fracture, the staff continued to insist that they take new ones even before the doctor had seen me / checked clinical symptoms. They backed off only when I questioned twice about the need for a new set of X-rays and what it would show differently. Dr. Strauss then came, reviewed the X-Rays, manipulates ankle and agrees that it’s just a sprain and no bones are broken. For the uninitiated, a X-Ray does not show soft tissue. If I had not pushed back, they would’ve done a new set of X-Rays exposing me to unnecessary radiation and charges.My advise, if you cannot avoid going here for a consultation, make sure you question any X-Rays they order before the doctor sees and checks your clinical symptoms. Refuse to agree to any new set of X-Rays if you already have one from the past few days. Note they are aggressive only for the X-Rays, I suspect it’s because they have the machine in their office and they can over-bill your insurance, they are conservative when it comes to a MRIs, CT, etc., since it needs to be done elsewhere.

Check your insurance eligibility even if you are receiving text messages with invoices as though your insurance is in network!!Poor communication and zero customer support! No notification of out of network insurance! Showed for my appointment and sent text while sitting in the waiting room! After speaking with office manager, she still offered for me to pay full price to be seen! As a business owner myself! When you or your employee make a mistake, you correct it in every way possible!

This place has gone downhill. Drs. Hurt and Timon are excellent doctors but they have surrounded themselves with staff that do not answer phones. The portal they provide is ineffective and frustrating, so I was forced to go in person with my questions.I’ve had my surgery on the schedule for almost 2 months and it was scheduled for 6/26/23. They waited until SIX days before the surgery to call and tell me that they only just checked and the facility fee is out of network. Would I mind paying $20k out of pocket?Six days. My calendar at work was painstakingly built around this surgery date. And I paid for the pre-op testing out of pocket so that they would have it in time. That was Friday. Had they checked the network status of the facility even 2 weeks before surgery (which is still cutting it way too close) they’d have known before I went for pre-operative testing and I wouldn’t be out all that money, either.Not that they would have called and informed me promptly, mind you.Steer clear. Or at least double check the administrative staff. The doctors are WONDERFUL. How much of your health and money are you going to risk though if you’re in the hands of people who don’t seem to take any pride in just doing a decent job.This is inexcusable.

This by far is the best orthopedic Doctors office in the Metroplex. Dr. Honeig, my doctor, despite he is a NY Giants fan :), is amazing. I’ve seen Dr. Greenberg too and he’s amazing. The staff, front desk and nurses are the best in the medical profession. Highly recommended! (And no I was not paid to write this, I’ve been seeing them for years)

Put in an urgent care request at 5am and had an appointment by 520am! Couldn’t ask for more! Dr Timon is so real. Doesn’t beat around the bush. I’m glad our friend recommended him.

They have an amazing staff and loved every second minus the cutting my leg open. They’re all so friendly and even took off a septum piercing I couldn’t take off pre surgery. All the staff had me and my mom laughing and having a good time. AND their new building is amazing !!
