One of the pumps was out of order and the elderly lady was trying tomove the payment to another pump but was having a little difficulty. The Asian lady came to help and was very rude to her. She was yelling at her and slapping her hand away from the machine. I felt so sorry for the elderly lady. I said to her that the Asian lady was very rude and please have a nice day.

I went here to get gas this afternoon and after pulling up to pump 5 I realized it was going extremely slow, taking well over a minute to get just shy of a gallon. Because it was so cold outside I cut my losses and just decided to stop pumping. After getting in my car, I noticed that the amount of gas I purchased, albeit small, was not showing in my tank as my car tells me how many miles of gas I have left and there was no increase. When I informed the lady inside of my concern that the pump wasn't working she was Extremely rude and said that I was reading my cars gas gauge incorrectly and said there was no issue with the pump and I received the gas I paid for. If I had spent more than the $2 something I did I would have been furious about not receiving any gas granted I guess the pump acting so slow was a blessing in disguise and saved me from whatever fraudulent activity is going on here.

Today I Went In To Purchase Gas And That Cashier My-vo Is Very Rude This Isn’t The First Run In I’ve Had With Her I Asked For Someone Over Her And She Wouldn’t Give Me The Information She Shouldn’t Work There If She Doesn’t Have Great Customer Service Skills I Would Love To Speak To A Manager!

I love this store except for one issue I have seen repeatedly on here. A staff member named Mary (long hair and glasses) she is very rude to guest and gives them rude looks and snaps at people, no patience whatsoever. This needs to change the other staff do not deserve this

I stopped here at 1457 hours and met the most pleasant and funny man behind the counter we talked and chuckled for a few minutes because we wanted to see if my 7 Eleven wallet would work here. When I stopped at 1612 hours I was accosted by the foulest crotchety old woman who must have a candy house in the woods with an oven big enough for a couple of children. I asked a few questions about how to use a gift card that was given to me and her head opened and the sounds from the bowels of a place below us came out and growled don't you know what is on it. You have to tell me what is on it before you can use it to buy fuel. It was a gift card, so I had no idea what was on it. So I ran screaming into the night, it wasn't really night. But who says runs into the mid afternoon? So off I ran to the safety of my vehicle and the multitudes of persons to protect me in case she needed to fill that oven. I found a safe place to fuel my vehicle down the road where the employees were very friendly. So I bought a cookie and a brownie. And neither tasted like a Girl Scout or her younger sister the brownie. So think twice about the time you visit this location for fuel or corn nuts or a slurpee.

i go to this 7/11 almost every day being that i work down the street . i went in today and usually the workers are very polite but today there were two older lady’s one of them was very sweet but the other taller lady was very rude she has longish hair and glasses she was also very rude to the ladies before me that she made them spill they’re coffee !! she threw my money at me im very disappointed in the service i received the lady was soo curt and rude . soo sad .

Come here all the time and the staff is slow as can be. There are at least 4 people working but none of them want to check anyone out. I spend 5 minutes standing around every time. Worst 7/11 within miles.
