Went in to use the bathroom and even tho there us a sign (that I will show a picture of) that says they aim to provide a clean bathroom, not the case at all. The bathroom so dirty. Disgusting even

You all could be open! I dont even waste my time trying to pull into your stores anymore after midnight or before 5-530ish cause its a waste of my time, sign on all lit up, people moving around in store & doors locked & person in store quickly dissappears from sight. Would love a copy of the business model that makes a profit with employees on clock & doors locked. If you look open & people waste time to pull in only to find out doors locked eventually they stop pulling in all together.

My husband just now went into this location to use the restroom, purchase snacks and gas, however the clerk was extremely rude denying him the use of the restroom. This rude clerk as he stated he was alledgedly about to clean it at that exact moment. Therefore, we left and you lost the sale. With that poor level of customer service I can only imagine the many instances you have lost sales for the rudeness of your employees.

I was shocked to see the overall reviews for this location. Personally I think this is one of the best locations in the DFW Metroplex, the staff were nice and courteous, plus they went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our short time in the store. This location is clean, had great lighting, it was put together like a small grocery store. I truly recommend that if you're ever in the Southlake area and you need to make a quick stop for snacks or any of the 7-11 treats, this is the place. Thank you to the staff. My wife and I enjoyed our visit.
