I would give the South Padre Island a zero if I could yesterday on June 8th the causeway was shut down due to a fatality we were in line on the Island from 9:30pm -2:20 am the line never moved. The stripes wouldn't let you use the bathroom at all they closed it down oh but they would sell there beer and snacks... stripes is a public place and using the restroom is a necessity not a luxury. FYI YOU ARE OPEN BECAUSE THE PUBLIC GOES THERE SHOPS THERE WE BUY YOUR GAS YOUR ITEMS AND WHEN SOMETHING LIKE LAST NIGHT HAPPENS AND PEOPLE ARE IN A 5 HOUR WAIT LET THEM USE THE RESTROOM.. YOU HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE SOUTH PADRE ISLAND STRIPES.. BUT A RESTAURANT WAS KIND ENOUGH TO LET ME GO AND EVEN GAVE ME A COKE WOULDN'T LET ME PAY ..

The staff are friendly and they have a good amount of food available at the hot bar. I had a good experience when ordering. And the cashier was nice.

This is an EXXON station and the EXXON app will not work even though the app says it should. I have about $80 is bonus points and no one that works there including the manager knows how to accept points for items in the store. Just awful training and technology transfer from corporate EXXON!! Please get this fixed. I check it almost every week and I will not buy anything here until this is fixed. Please. This can't be that difficult.

Gas station's tire air machine is non operational. Clerk claims to know nothing about said machine and refuses to exchange for quarters. Waste of time. Sub par customer service.

I went to get a taco and they had three workers. The line was long and only one lady making tacos. One was making the tortillas and the other was making the chicken for lunch. There was two people infront of me the guy that was ordering order 18 tacos. By this time the guy in front of me left. So I asked the lady dont you have anyone to help you. She said no, what really upset was I only needed one taco the lady that was cooking the chicken came and made one taco and took it to the cashier and pointed towards some one and said that it was for them and then continued to make the chicken. I asked if someone could help the one lady making the tacos and she said I dont have enough tortillas for someone to help me. This was ridiculous I left. She stopped to help someone that wasn't even in line.

They sell expired products. Juice was expired. Milk expired. It’s better to go a block further to get something that is not expired.

we visited the stripes store #9692 and 9862. both stores offered gas and convenience. they were both clean stores. service was quick. no waiting in lines to check out.
