Perfectly priced. Awesome customer service and fun. We had such a blast shopping here, not only do they have a Lego station for your kids to hang out and play with but they actively help you find what you are looking for. My husband and I had such a great time while our kids played. The ladies here so helpful with not just clothing but where to eat around town and they do not disappoint on either! Will def be back and hope to see them soon! Thank y’all!Love Ken and Jen

Very rude customer service. Bought an over priced item 3 days ago and they wouldn’t exchange or do store credit. The owner said she would “be very generous if she were to even offer a store credit” for a product she sold she doesn’t stand behind. Take your money and buy over priced items somewhere they will respect you!

Love the store, bought a great summer dress and another outfit to wear to work.. the sandal selection was big for a small store, so of course I bought 2 pairs of sandals.. the shoes are priced really well! the clothing is alittle expensive but it is so worth it! my spouse loved the fact there was a "hubby section".. a place to sit and relax, we will be back!! very good customer service the kind you expect in a small boutique!

I love to shop, and I usually scope out boutiques just like this one wherever I go. Interestingly enough, I stumbled upon this shop based on a write up on a Houston based blog, Adored by Alex, and I'm so glad I stopped in! There's a good mix of chic and comfortable clothing, shoes, and jewelry. I was actually quite impressed with the variety in shoes, from sandals to slides to wedges. Some items were on the pricier side (think $50 for a dress), but some are quite affordable, plus their sale section had a few items to browse. I left with a top ($40), a romper/dress ($36), some blinged out slides (on sale for $15) and a hand sanitizer keychain holder ($18). One unique thing I appreciated was that even for their shoes that were on sale, they had additional sizes in the back! With most places, what is on the shelf is all they have, but it was different here (specifically for shoes). Also, the two ladies there were extremely sweet and pleasant, and even gave me some tips on places to check out. I had a great shopping experience and would definitely recommend and return!

I love this store! The shopping opportunities in SPI are pretty bleak, and then I found Rica/Isla. I love the styles of the clothing. The sandals are darling. The ladies who work there are pleasant and helpful. I spent more than I should have but I won't regret it! What a treat to find this place.

I took my 15 year old and her 3 friends to South Padre for spring break after a long awaited grueling year of the depressing pandemic and also Losing my Angel on earth and center of my world- My dear Mother~ I was looking forward in shopping for some new clothes and shoes~ I was so Very disappointed in the service at the store on this visit on 3/19/21! I asked my girls to come in with me and help me shop ( because it is difficult with anxiety and sadness to conquer it) and Thank God my girls did because they were great with assisting me because I was struggling there was NO help from the staff! The Owner and a couple of the girls working there that Friday afternoon were cold with zero friendliness etc.. and treated us like we were bothering them with the exception of the young girl at the front counter. Sadly I tried to engage several times with the staff and they were so rude~ unfortunately, I proceeded to purchase several pairs of shoes and clothing about $700 worth because I like the products and really needed some new clothes it had been such a long time and was hoping for a uplifting experience! I realize the clothing store options on SPI are limited but I won't be back to this store~

Unfortunately this store bought into the "Chinese Virus" hysteria and requires a mask for customers to shop there. So .....to quote a movie Pretty Woman ....HUGE Mistake HUGH!

So in love with this store! I love any boutique that has unique finds such as this s one! I'm excited to wear all my new pieces. The facilities were very clean and the staff were all extremely patient kind and helpful. I'll be back next time we come to the island.
