Area is convenient for dining and shopping. Staff hospitality is one of the worst I have experienced especially the front desk. No ethics to welcome guest. No one around will even acknowledge you and ask if there is anything you require or have a question they may answer.Nearby activities: lots to do around and great restaurants

We rented a 2 bedroom condo and stayed on the 11th floor. It was fabulous and decorated and furnished nicely. Very comfortable. Great view of the ocean and when you walk out you can see the bay on the other side of your condo so views in both directions. It was clean and not smelly like other reviews said...no carpet to hold any smells. Pool was fine they cleaned it each morning to get out palm tree leaves. The pool area feels tropical as its landacaping is lined by palm trees. Tennis and pickle ball was so much fun. Walking distance to many eating choices. I was worried about other reviews but glad I came! But we also missed the wild spring break crowd. The bar tender showed us a video of the college spring break 1st 3 weeks of March is wild no chairs at the pool area...all standing room only.

Absolutely phenomenal time just chilling at the pool and hot tub!So chill and beach access. Great place to just relax. From desk care plus hammerhead restaurant care is phenomenal. Pool bar is absolutely great, highly recommend Raphael!

Rooms: They informed us upfront of the noise and scaled down room service. That is fine. However, large cockroach in the room gave us the creeps all night. Also, fire ants if you drop a tiny bit of food.

The staff was extremely rude and our room was so dirty. The cleaning ladies kept walking into our room freely even when we were still sleeping. The location was good but besides that I would not recommend staying here.Rooms: They give you a list to check off if anything is damaged and you have to return the list within an hour back up to the front. Over 3/4 of the items on that list were missing from the room and they still tried to charge us for those items. Total scam.Nearby activities: Pool and hot tub were so disgusting. Looks like it’s never been cleaned before.Food & drinks: Extremely rude staff. The only nice people were the bartenders.

UPDATE*.I was not too happy at all with the customer service at the location heading towards the beach.I walked up to order and the guy immediately starts speaking Spanish to me. I don’t even know Spanish… he was just talking in English with the people in front of me, and so I immediately did not like that at all. So I left and my husband said that when the bartender gave him his drink , the bartender picked up the tip jar and put it in his face saying “I want my change” and then shook the jar again in his face. The drink did not even taste good at all. He was very rude. The restaurant up stairs is horrible to say the least. ? I got sick , they don’t have that many options, I would’ve been ok with eating itBut it was always past $60 every time you order here with 3 people and the drinks are $5It is COMPLETELY OVERPRICED, the last morning we were there the waitress was very rude and unsettlingI know we will not be coming back to this locationThe spot is very humble and pleasant.Planned out our check in time to where from our road trip we would get here right on time for check in and it wasn’t ready , so I was pretty bummed about that.I’m pregnant and my feet were killing me the whole ride , I was excited to lay down and rest for a bit, but that didn’t happenThen I was told I would get microwave but there was just a fridge and a safe.The beds are very soft, I normally LOVE SOFT BEDS, but being as pregnant as I am , it’s not that comfortable,but also not upset with the beds in the rooms.During spring break. They don’t offer pool towels, beach towels. Some of the amenities are limited. Very loud (not a problem for us but just being honest, and it’s to be expected at this time of the month lol)For Dinner, we tried the Restaurant here on the Second Floor and the Large Pepperoni Pizza was very delicious!! Although they don’t have Sweet Tea ?The beach was clean , the volley ball courts were nice, the games thru out the floor pool level was nice !The pool was cold, but then again it was 71 degrees and windy so of course it was gunna be cold lolStill have more to experience here ! And looking forward to the rest our family stay

Location is great, beach is good, but old outdated rooms and construction. We were locked out twice on 3night/4day stay as key cards did not work. Rooms don't have microwave. We had to ask for coffee maker 3 times to get one after 4 hrs of waiting. Check out time 9am is too early. Poor responses from front desk. Try a different resort/hotel.

Resort is deceiving, looked nice on outside but very worn down walking to rooms, cracked tile, hallway is rough, balcony is dingy and breaking apart. The greatest disappointment is the customer service up front. They don’t greet you, you have to initiate the check-in. We got here too early bc I thought checkin was at 3 like every other hotel but no they steal an hour. They kept telling us no room is ready, blaming house keeping. We waited almost 2 hours with our bags and when I started to see every other loud person with a key card I finally got up and asked, 10 mins until 4pm they finally said oh it’s ready. We walked down a grundgy back way to our room to see our “beach view” which is mainly tennis courts and a small angle of the coast. Then they have this towel exchange during this month which only makes sense if we’re actually taking a towel out of our room to the pool/beach but no! It’s every single towel in our room, we must walk it all the way back to the game room to replace them. Apparently it isn’t more logical for housekeeping to replace the exact amount of towels found in the restroom floor. This would probably give them an actual job to do. So every day WE as guest are carrying our dirty towels and they aren’t even open until 9am. The girl up front said “they will get here when they get here.” Nothing is organized, nothing is communicated up there. I asked if house keeping can come give a blanket and replace sheets super early and no one came. I saw housekeeping at 4pm down hallway. Asked for them to stop he said ok. Skipped us. Finally called a manager for them to come well past 5pm. We spent a lot of money to stay here, a lot of money to eat and drink here and I would never return to this “resort”. Their mission is not customer service or making guest happy at all. Definitely staying elsewhere next time and others should be aware of what they are walking into.

Room was clean and good thing we were there 5 days with no room service.Pool niceCaught beginning of spring break so it didn't matter that you weren't a spring breaker they had party at pool with the loudest music til 3amSuppose to have ocean view NOTIf you stepped out of room and walked to end of resort.Would not recommend or ever go there again.

The rooms on the side of the main tower are run down. Needs remodeling. The huge garbage container by our entrance parking lot was overflowing and smelly. Ants on balcony, smoking, vaping everywhere. We could not leave the balkony doors open. The big pool was closed. Ice machines out of order. The location is great. Pickle ball courts are good. All in all, it is catering to young, party loving people.
