This place is excellent. My friend and I have done the bay fishing, fireworks sunset cruises, and snorkeling. The captains and deck hands are always on top of it. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Even the gals that answer the phone are personable and take time to answer questions, etc...they offer a Port of Brownsville tour as well and we can't wait to book that over the winter months.

We had a great time when we went 09/23 on our 2pm trip that we went back to the 7pm trip for the same day! Captain Luis, first mate Ricky and his son aj helped us with anything we needed quickly. It was a great experience we will be back soon and hopefully with the same crew!

We had a wonderful time on our snorkeling trip with Breakaway Cruises. The Captain and the crew were pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Especially when fellow passengers lost their phone and car keys while in the water. Crew members actually entered the water to help the poor couple try to find their items.We saw numerous fish while snorkeling. We saw Catfish, Puffer fish, Silver Perch, and Spotted Seatrout. The schools of Bluestriped Grunts were so curious and swam with us. Tip: don't move around, pull your arms close to your body. They will surround you and get close enough to touch.The snorkeling boat trip was the highlight of our South Padre trip, and we highly recommend making Breakaway Cruises your choice for water adventures.

Went on a sunset dolphin cruise and it was great! The boat was clean and in good condition. The crew was a lot of fun and kept things interesting. Plus, we got to see lots of dolphins right next to the boat. :-)

We did the dolphin tour as well as the sunset firework dinner cruise, both were amazing! Chris, Gilbert, and Captain Luis were all amazing! would definitely recommend them, such a fun time and great environment! they also told us some pretty cool facts about the island and places we passed while on both excursions! if you’re in padre definitely go here!

Amazing!!! Captain Luis and first mate Anthony are super cool. Perfect for families even small children even special needs they were so patient with my child he was scared to get off the boat but when he did we had a blast!!! The water is so clear!!!! Fresh fruit and lemonade as free refreshments!!! What a nice surprise. The price was very reasonable and they even offer veteran discount!!!!

What a great time. Gilbert was amazing. He guided us on the jet ski and had a blast. Very informative and great people skills. He had knowledge of the island and guided us to other adventures. He suggested other tours and adventures that y’all have. Seems like a great employee. Thanks for making this part of our vacation special.

We went on the snorkeling trip with Captain Chris. He was an excellent captain! He was very knowledgeable and so funny! The first mate and him were great guides! They also provide full mask snorkels, which were pleased to see for especially first-timers! The snorkeling was great! We saw a bunch of fish, pufferfish, stingray, jellyfish and crabs. The water was so clear and we were able to collect a lot of shells. Great trip!

Great trip! The Boat Captain and Crew made the trip very enjoyable. The views were amazing and the music on boat was nice and relaxing too. We were able to see a lot of dolphins too.

My entire family was able to go and enjoy. Well looked after and enjoyed music with we had our adventure. Consistently asked if we were doing good. Had drinks and enjoyed watching the landscape and dolphins. A great time was had by all.

We booked a snorkeling trip while at SPI and it was amazing. It was an early morning trip so there was only us and 2 other people on the trip and it was perfect. Chris was awesome, cracking jokes with us throughout the whole trip, he made the trip so much better. Definitely book your snorkeling trip with these guys, you won't regret it!

Accidentally booked this dolphin tour instead of another tour I usually do but was greatly surprised. We saw a some dolphins, received history lessons, and I even got to drive the boat. It also turns into a party boat and all the guests were able to take some pics on the bow. Will definitely choose this tour again next year!

Breakaway Cruises for the win!!! We came down to see the SpaceX Starship Launch and they did a cruise out to the middle of the bay to see it and it was the best view possible! They also did a great job of splitting everyone up between two boats so we weren’t very crowded, and that was super appreciated. The entire staff was incredibly friendly before, during, and after the cruise and I couldn’t recommend them more. Thanks so much for a great time!
