Brought our teenage daughters who needed shoes to help get them thru the long, grueling practices of marching band. One daughter has plantar fasciitis. Went in to look for a gift and Noni knew exactly where to direct me. I was approached by another team member and they weren’t pushy at all, rather inviting and brought great energy to my shopping experience. I had questions and asked another team member for help and received the same helpful kindness that everyone else gave me. I love this store for many reasons but the consistency of the Zumiez shopping experience is amazing. I went in for one gift and ended up buying three. “Al modified a pair of Durangos for me sometime in early 2018. I got them to be my Santa boots. Al added jingle bells to the front strap, made them taller and wider at the calf, put a zipper in the back of each boot, made them unique. They always get compliments. I recently bought them in (Jan 2024) because I'd been having trouble getting my right foot in. (Long story, but due to a stroke years ago, my right foot doesn't always cooperate with footwear.) Less than a week later, they were ready. They fit great again! They got some polish and some sprucing up, too! I can't wait to put them on again with the red suit this holiday season and continue to WOW all the good boys and girls I visit. Merry Christmas! Ho Ho Hooo!”

“After looking at 32 stores for new workout shoes, we finally found a pair that worked! Jareco (I'm so sorry cuz I know I spelled that wrong) helped us find the perfect pair for my husband. The process was extremely helpful and thorough. They have you walk without shoes to evaluate the way you walk in order to determine what type of shoe you'd need, after carful evaluation, they size your foot and bring you several pairs to try. Jareco was extremely patient, kind, and supportive. You even get a "punch card" so you buy 6 pairs of shoes and get 1 free! Wonderful experience and really appreciated Jareco's assistance!! “Great shopping experience today. I went to the Fairmont Parkway Lane Bryant location to use some Lane cash that is expiring tomorrow. All of the sales associates were friendly and helpful. I have to give kudos to Shay. She normally works at another location but happened to be here today. She was super helpful - getting things down for me, finding my size and helping me search and find a particular kind of top I needed to coordinate with a previous purchase. I got 2 great blouses and was pleasantly surprised to see that they were both on clearance. So I didn't get to use my Lane cash but that just means I " have" to go shopping again tomorrow before it expires. Yay!”
