Went today 8/27/24 and my experience was phenomenal. I called up there and spoke with tom told him my budget and he said come on down. Long story short Tom kept his word and put me and my wife in a nice ride. Go with Tom 1000 percent ???

I brought my dad here in hopes to find him a reliable vehicle. When we came Tom here was more than helpful he stayed after hours and put my dad in a 2000 down suv for 1500 down with 0 ballon payment and a very reasonable payment schedule. I Uber there in the rain and the sales man I believe it's John, gave me an umbrella and got the deal to work for me, I drove off in a great 2011 Mazda CX-7. Go there and they will work with you, the whole Minter Family was great, friendly and patient. Thank you.

I asked the salesman Tom about the car I was interested in and wanted clarification around the interest rate and he kept beating around the bush when I asked him to stop playing dumb he hung up on me. That’s the only red flag I needed.

I’m not sure about these reviews with ppl getting repoed but what I will say is if you buy from them and you find something is wrong with your car they will do everything in their power to fix it and make it right. Mark, the owner is very understanding and honest and Tiny tries the best he can to help but he does not make the final decision. I had trouble with my car and they took care of it right away. Thank you Minter for going above and beyond to keep a customer happy!

Bought my truck from here Nick was very helpful and got my deal done even though I got there later in the evening and they were about to close they stayed late and made sure I got rolling Tiny is cool as hell and very understanding great customer service and my truck runs great let’s hope everything stays the same now that I’m off the lot
