The girl that works there try to charge me 86 dollars just to change my metro phone number to a new device(that i previous buy from a friend and is used for metro pcs before) she said that is 15 dollars for sim card, 35 dollars for activation and 27 dollars for swipe phone plus tax, i never ever in the 10 years or more that i been metro pcs customer pay that much just for change mi phone line to a new device, at the end she ask me for id and take off the 27 extra charges but still pay 50 dollars just for change my line on my new phone, please don't do bussines with them unless you want to loose your money. And she didn't give me any receipt, she said i will receive in a text message shortly after and still waiting for it ?

Diana was very helpful & was very up ro date with all he promotions that's going on in her store....she was the only one here & customers were coming in & she always kept a smile on her face & serviced the customers & spoke as everyone come in ....great job young lady..she needs a raise

The parking lot is not very comfortable, a little small.
The service is good in English and Spanish and they have a good assortment.

Do not come to this store this guy seriously stole my money and I about to go through a whole legal issue. I just got a phone there and they overcharged me $50, I ended paying$ 125 I came in for one free phone and new line which is $67 on a $50 unl rate plan after $15 activation and tax. I basically paid for two phones. I called the store they answered the first time then put me on hold and disconnected my call. I called back and no answer. This ridiculous and is taking up my time of work. They knew I was in a hard place because my phone broke and took advange of me when I was down. I did receive no receipt, they printed out a fake one and conned me. This is fraud and identity theft. I basically bough them an account . I am calling corprate customer number and beginning an investigation, no one should be subject to this. I expect you to give the number you gave me to you asr and expect an apology with my refund when I get there within the next seven days check the invoice 03/16/19. I've talked less than an hour on this phone. Metro p. Please dont harass me on this number. Call me on the number you gave me today.
