Horrible customer service, the ladies there are not helpful. I needed to deposit a check, they tried but they kept saying it wasn't verifying, thats it they wouldn't speak with nobody not even a manager about the situation i reset the check 3x with the tax person until i decided to go somewhere else they spoke with people to verify it and done no problem

Been banking there since 2013 .. I’ve never had a problem the employees there are awesome , and when I have a question they help find the answer.. service is always quick& helpful..GREAT JOB 1st National Bank employees.. (South Houston)

They treat you very rude especially leticia and jose plus they make you wait 16 or more days to cash or deposit your check. Worst bank ever I do not recommend it. Don’t waste your time

My mom had 30 dollars and they closed the count and never send the money, we call and the said that they didn't have any information. Worst bank.

They are really rude, I don't rcommend it,, it's always full , there's so slow, and when I was talking to the girl that works there she didn't tell me hi or bye she was so direspecful to me and my mom,, and then she was like staring at me like she was mad at me or something , I don't recommended ..
