I shouldn't even waste my time commenting about this mousetrap, but I do this to prevent other people from falling into their traps, DO NOT miserably waste your time in this store, They will shamelessly steal your money like they tried to do with me , I showed him my calculator and I told him: "I DON'T CARE FOR THIS BILL" so they set up the bill for a lower price, I finally paid the amount but I wasn't convinced because I needed the cell phone urgently . I didn't have enough money and they hooked me up with insurance for the new cell phone that they I paid in full and I clearly told them NOT SURE, I also bought them a Bluetooth that I had to return the next day and they did don't want to refund the money..
ahhh and very important THERE IS NO WARRANTY!!!! So my best advice DO NOT go there...That store that should not even exist, TOTAL SCAM. Thank you

So guys I went to cricket store on Spencer for birthday gift for my daughter. Great customer service from Eliseo , Emma and Paola . They helped me with the best friendly service n great promotion s on my phone and daughters phone . Great people . Really appreciate it all they did for me . Will for sure come back to them again. Definitely will recommend anyone to go Spencer cricket location anytime .

The manager Eliseo is very unprofessional! I do not recommend this store. He has an excuse for why he did not give me all of the information I needed to purchase a phone, after I asked about all requirements before I drove over 17 miles to get here.
