***BEWARE!!!****TAX FRAUD****SCAMMER****Oswald Estrada the "tax guy" gave me a quote and was asking $3,000 for each year I filled for. Total of $6,000 he wanted to charge me for doing my taxes with him!!!. Who in the world charges that amount to do your TAXES!!! I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the IRS. I also contacted a couple of local Houston news to report this man. He is also being exposed to social media all over Facebook and Houston groups on FB. He messed with the wrong Mexican! Taking advantage of the poor community around the area. I will expose him every year until I see him behind bars where he belongs! Do not file for taxes with him! He has other locations near the area. Please be aware of this man and his workers. Not good people at all! Scammers and tax fraud is done in his hands!!!

Will never ever use this company again!!! Charging me $400 fees for something I have completed myself for years online with TurboTAx. Only reason I filed with company was so I could get a tax advance in "24 hours" where they advertised every where yes bank they completed this business with denied me.

i am extremely disappointed with this location. Brianna was great, she filed my taxes and was super friendly. However the environment was extremely ghetto. Everyone else was being loud and on their phones, one came and interrupted Briana while she was filing important information all because she wanted to see Briana's phone and some selfie a woman had posted on Facebook. Like wow, no respect. Then i came a couple of days after that to pick up my refund advance check and they had the radio full blast to Beyonce music.... i couldn't even hear myself think.. Overall i will not be coming back to this location.

Will never use or refer anyone to this establishment again! They only care about getting you to file your taxes here but afterwards get annoyed with you when you want to inquire on this pertaining to your taxes. Also the referrals they promise you , you literally have to hunt your money down and that's if you even get all of it but more than likely you won't, also a couple of the people or should I say one employee there represents the business very badly she is very rude and ghetto and certainly fits the neighborhood of where this business is located really really disappointed with this place. Since these reviews can be deleted It will be posted in different areas where it will not be able to. File your taxes with them at your own risk.
