“I wanted to mention the new kid Benjamin, though this is my brothers account i decided to use his. he was very helpful and his performance and understanding was amazing. I was having a hard time understanding the battery I needed for my car and as I got frustrated he kept calm and understood what was going on and it calmed me down. He did end up giving the right battery and had a positive attitude throughout the whole time, even while putting the battery on and his manners were on point with using “yes ma’am” and “I understand your frustration so let’s try and get a better understanding on what battery is more necessary for you ma’am”. One of the best workers I’ve met and gave me a really positive look at this specific orileys location. lol he also made jokes that cleared up my frustration and that was appreciated a lot to me. Very great worker and one of the most positive people I’ve met.”

“Ther is a woman a( i believe her name is Audra??)who works the night shift who helped me when I went in the store looking for glue or some kind of adhesive(?) to fix the guard under my car as it was dragging .(massive road hump that's all I'll say... ?)my husband had to be at work(his new job) the following morning. Audra made a call and within 30 minutes her friend was there and he fixed my car. I will forever be grateful To Audra and Martin. It's not often I come across people who will go above and beyond to help a stranger unless beneficial in some way and I will forever be grateful for both of them. Whoever owns this store on bay area, should know they are fortunate to have an employee who genuinely cares about her customers. I'd seriously consider promoting this woman and if make sure she is paid very well . Employees like her aren't heard of anymore. I appreciate youAudra. “Was having charging problems with my phone and my insurance provider only offered a complete replacement for nearly 300 dollars, no alternatives.
Upon speaking with Elisa I was informed by her that the store offers diagnostics and potential repairs for my issue in question and surely enough they were able to help!
After speaking to the team we were able to schedule an appointment for repair and Elisa was able to change the part(s) in question swiftly.
Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of repairs.”

I came to this location and Eric went above and beyond in helping to correct the problem. He checked the starter, battery and alternator and was pleasant and friendly.”

Additionally, I had an issue with the bolt on one of my battery terminals, and they did everything they could to make it right, regardless of it being bent prior to me taking it in and it being a pain to deal with. “I went in yesterday to get some oil for my car, and was helped by a young gentleman named Andrew. He helped me get the correct oil for my vehicle and then helped me further by putting the oil in for me! He has a great attitude, is very polite and courteous, and really seems to enjoy his work there. He made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience for me so much better!! Thank you!!”
“I’m 73 years old and I panic if my car starts acting up. I don’t want to get stranded. I have AAA but I trust my friends at O Reilly on OST.
Caroline or Cynthia helped me over the phone. When I arrived a nice young man named Aaron assisted me. He was so patient because I had to wait to transfer money. I told him he was dealing with his “grandmother” ! He was so nice. If I could give more than 5 stars ✨ I would give them a 10. I got my new battery installed and was on my way in 15 minutes. Thank you Caroline and Aaron for the great customer service today. Have a great weekend! Thank you O Reilly for hiring such kind employees!

“I'm a fan of the store - prices are absolutely competitive, staff is super friendly and inventory seems to stay pretty full. I *do* wish their jingle was a bit less catchy. It's shocking how often you can find yourself belting out " O O O O'Reilly....auto parts!" for no particular reason. Upon further consideration, that *could* be a me issue.”

“Rarely do they not have a part I need for my truck, scooter, or lawn mower. Granted, the scooter and lawn mower mainly just need fresh oil and spark plugs. They've always been friendly and had quick service over the last 6 years. Call first to make sure they have the part you need to avoid an errant visit.”
