Recently I visited the Rowlett Walmart branch on a number of occasions, the service this branch #0133 has provided each time its second to none, from courteous welcome greetings, to business transactions, and answers to questions about diverse products and services Woodforest provides all have being satisfied above and beyond expectations. Recently I visited the branch on a busy Friday evening despite the heavy load of customers employees remained calm and courteus again welcoming everyone with a smile I was greeted by Veronica Delgado who handle my transaction with ease in a professional manner, she went as far as wishing me a happy upcoming birthday.
This level of service and commitment to provide customers with 5 star service can be attributed to the Branch Mgr.
