I'm writing this review on my husband's behalf. He has went to Cutting Edge RV 3 times and each time the front desk employees seem as if they're bothered when he asks for assistance and information when he has wanted to make a purchase. He did make a purchase the first 2 visits because he figured everyone has bad days and don't want to deal with the public but this 3rd visit when they acted like he was bothering them, he just walked out He then went to Channelview Supply and will continue to do so for future purchases. We live close to Cutting Edge and want to support local businesses, it's unfortunate I felt like I'm bothering them.

Just visited cutting edge rv for the first time because of an issue with my gas hot water heater.. I told the employee what issue I was having (heater will light fine an then go out after 5-10 seconds like the gas is being cut off to it.) I asked a few simple questions to narrow down my problem so they could help me diagnose the issue an I was told that they can't diagnose the problem Without looking at it an their service crew could come out to my place for a $90 service call an $120 an hour plus parts.. I said "ma'am, can I not speak with one of your technicians an they could possibly assist me getting the right parts to fix it myself?" I was flat out told "no, they work in the back an they're out on the back 40 working on trailers right now..." I told the lady thank you for her time an turned around an left. I immediately got in my truck an called channelview supply while still sitting in their parking lot which is 10 minutes further down the road. Within two minutes of being on the phone, they told me the only two possibilities it could be but it would be better if I took "the board" off an brought it to the and they'd be glad to test it. If that was the issue then they had one in stock an if it wasn't they also had the thermal coupler in stock as well... I'm now headed to channelview supply with my parts an I should be back up an running within the next hour.. I had always dealt with channelview supply but since moving to baytown, I decided to give these people a try beings they were closer. I now know it's worth the drive to head over to channelview supply on I-10 an they'll they'll be glad to have your business!

Extremely responsive by Ashley and her team. We were having electronics issues and they fixed our camper when they said they would at the price they quoted. Great job by a great team. Thank you Cutting Edge RV.

Broke down on I-10 today and contacted Cutting Edge - Lee and his staff were incredibly helpful! They put us first and got a new alternator installed so that we are able to hit the road in the morning. The mechanic Debo did lots of hard time consuming work and was able to get it fixed for us. There was nothing fun involved, but they made it a success and were a pleasure to deal with. They shared some delicious popcorn with our son, also!

Absolutely no sense of urgency or customer care. Will not begin repair work on trailer or rv before all parts have arrived... when the final piece came in for my rig... THEN they found out some of the parts they had all along were the WRONG parts. So now, yet again, I have to wait for the, hopefully, RIGHT parts to come in before they begin repairs. This waiting time could have been much less if they actually inspected the parts as they receive them, but no, they don't care how long you have to wait. They've had my trailer for 3 months, and still haven't got the parts in order to start repairing. Embarrassing and bad business. My family doesn't just let the camper sit all year and only use it 2 or 3 times, we like to camp often. Thanks to these slackers, I've had to cancel 2 trips, and it looks like it'll be a 3rd.
