Never, ever let that person tow you.He is a rude and moody person who treats people in a condescending way by taking advantage of the misfortune of others to put himself in a position of strength.

Mr Victor and his staff take advantage of people in critical situations. Charged me approximately $460 for a 33 mile tow. Then to come pound the matter I asked him to diagnose a vehicle without any authorization they spent 7 hours on the vehicle and gave me a total bill of $1,350. They didn't fix anything they recommended I take it to a Chevy dealership to have it looked at further. We brought the vehicle back to our home City took it to a reputable mechanic that we worked with in the past within 30 minutes he found the issue it was $150 fix. I don't recommend anybody use this wrecker Service nor this repair shop they're out take advantage of people because they're in the middle of nowhere and they know most people don't have very many options.

Victor answered his phone for me early Saturday morning, had just gotten in from working all night towing. He gave me sound advice, sent his assistant to check on me, and even called back later to see if I'd gotten back on the road. Love's didn't even answer phone calls.

I called Victors as a dealership representative. I had a car stranded in Senora and needed help. My service manager called and he tried to explain that he got Victors number from the shop that will be repairing our vehicle and Victor said “That’s too many names. What makes you think I want to work with you if they don’t?” And hung up. I thought there was a miscommunication so I called him, to which he said “No, I’m not the only one who does it. I’m just the last one you’ve called and I’m busy too, so no.” And hung up on me. We were able to get a different tow company to help, but Victor was incredibly comfortable being super rude.

I was stranded in Sonora, traveling from Del Rio to Fort Worth after my shifter cable malfunctioned and I called several places in town and Mr. Victor was the only person that responded and was nice to help me and sent his worker Jamar to check out my car. We were able to get it moved to Victor’s shop and Jamar was kind and got my car up and running so I could get to my destination. These people are true angels and I would recommend them any day! Thank you again for helping me out!! God bless!Service: Auto maintenance

BUYER BEWARE! This organization sent a serviceman 23 miles one way to replace a fuel filter & water separator on our Class A Motorhome. This took him at most 30 minutes to accomplish. We then followed the serviceman back to their shop. They charged $150 for the service call PLUS an additional $184 for his "Service Vehicle" milage (the guy arrived in his pickup). The fuel filter charge was $56.94 (a NAPA filter that can be purchased at any NAPA store for $29.49); & the water separator filter was $75.15 (a NAPA filter that can be purchased at any NAPA store for $31.49). They did charge the battery on a Jeep we tow at the shop. For all this he claimed 3 hours of labor at $375. Again, they spent at most 30 minutes at the motorhome location plus the battery charge. Needless to say, no one stood around & watched the battery charing which, in any case, could not have taken more than another 30 minutes. With sales tax the the grand total: $851.72! OUTRAGEOUS!!! I offered him $500 which is what I felt the job was worth TOPS. I settled for paying $600 just to get out of there.AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE!

Accidentally hit something while blasting down the road and it bent some of the undercarriage to the point it was dragging plastic and metal. Pulled in to Victors and they saw me immediately when I explained the problem. The gentleman who did the work was very polite and worked quickly. They put my car on the jack and took off the offending panel and reattached whatever was salvageable. $45 and about thirty minutes of time and we're back on the road.

Our alternator died as we passed through town on a cross country drive, pulling our trailer. On a Friday afternoon of a 3 day weekend, their mechanics came back to work to help us. There was freezing rain and wind, and no indoor work area, but they found the parts we needed and worked in the cold for hours to get us back on the road, charged a reasonable price (the price they 1st quoted us) despite it being a difficult and time consuming job. Alternator still working and we are in Florida now.
