It's clean, very nice people. Had 3.5 days of rain stayed high an dry. People are helpful especially the person on duty. Their full you maybe lucky if a site comes available. Good luck

Everything we needed for a quick camper trip and the owners even helped us fix an issue with our camper! Can't recommend them enough! Very nice people and nice facility.

Great little Rv park in the country! Very nice and clean amenity house with games, bathroom/shower, and laundry. Kids’ play set outside, and a wonderful camp host, Darrell. Tanya, the owner who takes the calls, is very friendly and easy to work with. I recommend!

Great park-very small and social! I'm enjoying my home sweet home-pics to come!Update:I've since had to return to Pennsylvania to care for my mother. I am missing my tiny trailer in the middle of nowhere Texas. I miss my neighbors and I miss the quiet. Small fires and wildlife all around, this place will always hold a special spot in my heart!

We went back and stayed at Possum Run cabin if you love having all the comforts of home but out in the country you definitely have to stay here!! The shower is amazing and bed is so comfy!! Hated to pack and leave!?? A big thank you to our host Tanya Jemela and Frank for everything! They have 2 fully furnished cabins for short or long term rentals and if you have your own Rv/motorhome Frank And Kev RV Park is right next door and lots of love to the park manager Darrell who is always there to help!!

So we moved here January 1st 2020 just pre-pandemic. So we were screwed for a good while. So after everything was lifted and started opening up we went exploring. We found this cute quaint little camp ground Frank and Kev RV park. Noticed hey they have a cabin. My husband would love the AC and country setting. Found the lake and boom my husband was in. Looking on the site it was what we wanted for a weekend. Now my husband is so old school he doesn't pay or do anything online. After a few brief conversations with the owner we made and paid for the 4th of July weekend. Let me tell you the cabin was above what we expected. The bed hugs you while you sleep. The grounds are well kept and the deer get so close, my husband wanted to play cards with them lol. The lake was very nice and clean. Over all the place was clean, owners friendly. Well worth the time and drive. We'll definetly be back

Our family had an overnight at Frank and Kev's in our motorhome and we'd do it again in a heartbeat. Darrell, the host, is spectacular. He is helpful and kind, we'd go back just to interact with him. We didn't get to see the deer, however, our kids did find a salamander and a frog just around camp! What a fun experience! The site is clean, well kept, gorgeous, and worth the time it takes to make the trip out of town. We loved it here and wish I was more than a one night stay.

I stayed at the Deer Trail Cabin, located in Frank & Kev RV Park. Tanya was the kindest host, and I can’t speak highly enough about how precious, comfortable, and well equipped this tiny cabin was. It was seriously such a treat! I felt like I was being put up by family- snacks, coffee, full kitchen, scented candles, comfortable bed, extra blankets, waterfall shower and a giant TV- just to name a FEW of the amenities… truly the coziest spot ever. There is a sweet restaurant right around the corner, and it’s an overall quiet and secluded area. I will definitely be coming back for a relaxing weekend get away!

Hands down!! One of the most peaceful and super clean RV park!! The host cabin shower room and restroom is super clean and very modern with ac, oh not to forget the awesome wifi, I would like to give a shout to Darrell who makes sure everything is running perfect in Rv park.Darrell is the most generous man,my ac went out on a hot summer of July, he gave Me a hand putting that heavy thing up in the roof of the rv..May the lord continue to bless him.
