Sorry counter service. This store need new employees. Manager is kind but I think he is afraid of the counter lady. She's a true bully.

I shipped a package here about two weeks ago. First, they said the shipping would be one price than added about $10 more when they got the full address not just the zip code they asked for. I paid nearly $50 to ship a box that they then lost, but they said it was delivered to the door! The package went to my sister who is house bound, no one ever came to the door. When I made a claim, they called back a few days later and asked if the recipient had received the box. When I said no they said "crap, I'll check into it" and hung up. I heard nothing more. When I called back later they said I never made the claim and someone needed to call me first but I needed wait for the call, I couldn't talk to anyone in charge or make a claim then, even though I told them this was my third call and I was under the impression the claim number I was given meant I had already made a claim... the call they promised never came. So I called back again a few days later with the same answers. They will "call me back." This company stole money and refuses to help

Rarely do I post about service but after filing a complaint with the corporate office, thought the manager should also be aware. Lourdes has to be the rudest service person I've ever encountered. I get to the counter to return office equipment and she's asking me questions about shipping and packaging I'm not sure about. I ask her politely to hold on so I can access the digital label and she walks off. Didn't say anything to her other than that. She's standing over next to a copy machine when she decides it's time to walk back and didn't leave to help someone else or say anything but just walks off. Not know what she's doing when I asked her, she makes a snark remark that I asked her to hold on, looks me in eye and says, "what." You don't walk off from someone and leave them standing at the counter and return with a bad attitude. Especially when someone is just access the picture of the label that takes maybe 10 seconds. Then I ask her about her rude attitude and why she just walked off then she tells another employee, "oh no, you're going to have to help her," glad for that because quite frankly if I was her manager I would've written her up or sent her home until she could learn about servicing customers. That's the business you're in, if you don't want to be there then quit. There's a lot of people that would appreciate your job. Never in my life would I ever employ someone that behaves that way considering I've managed many people in my years. Great employee you have there!

I've been in here three different times. Each time the women at the counter have been rude. There's an older guy who works there, he's helpful and kind. If you can opt for going to any other fed ex location, I'd recommend it. Unless you like being ignored and then treated like crap of course. Fed ex should be embarrassed of the employees at this location.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been anxiously anticipating this package for two weeks only to find out that they do not live up to their moto of fast delivery. Not only was my delivery delayed, but was also lost in transit in Houston. I called customer service multiple times and was placed on hold only to never hear word from them 3 times! After 3 days of being late, it finally arrived to the College Station facility where I offered to simply pick up my package and to end this obnoxious loop of juggling my package everywhere except it's destination. Not to my surprise again they refused to handle me my OWN package until the next business day. Now I have to wait until Monday knowing that my package is finally here but not in my hands.. I highly discourage any business with FedEx to any new potential customers.

I've picked up temperature sensitive packages(wine) from this location before but today was the first time I've ever sent something with FedEx. Chris, who is one of the managers, was working today and was super helpful with the process. Good signage and distancing protocols in place. Masks worn by staff and customers. Great experience. I'm not sure why the other reviews are so low. I'm 2/2 on great experiences here!

I had vinyl signs and sales brochures printed through this FedEx location. The quality was excellent and the pricing was favorable. The employees working at this location are always helpful when I need to ship something or when I go to pick up marketing orders.

My wife and I went in for a third time today out of necessity because I needed to print a return shipping label. When we walked in we were not greeted at all even though we walked straight to the counter. After a few minutes we were asked (with attitude) if we were shipping something and I said yes we need to print the return label. One of the ladies came over and THREW a business card at my wife and rudely said email it here. My wife thanked her and tried to just be kind and emailed the label. After almost 10 minutes of waiting they asked if it had sent, to which my wife replied yes. There was a back and forth of if the email was sent even though it clearly was. After about another 10 minutes of waiting the second lady working came over with the label and mumbled to put the label in the package. She then proceeded to check out and was slightly more pleasant, but only slightly. Overall we have never had a good experience at this location. We are always greeted as if they are mad we want to use their shipping service.

fedex is the worst shipping company. They are slow and full of delays. they dump packages over gates and fences in poor locations. I always ship ups, companies and sellers could do me the courtesy instead of screwing me over using fedex

I came in the store and was not greeted. The workers there were so sassy and not friendly at all. When I was cashing out and was handed my receipt, the person at the counter said nothing and seemed like she hated her life. It was very unwelcoming and just a shitty way to start my day. Terrible customer service.

The staff was not interested in helping me at all and rude. They were bothered that i asked for service but perked up and overly willing to help a man who came in after me. The job I needed done was quoted at over $80 and it only cost me $20 at another business. Ridiculous.

Crockett is the WORST example of what a customer service representative should be. He is completely incompetent. FedEx should hire better people. No wonder they lost the Amazon contract.
