The male in a mask all the time has terrible customer service. if I go to the post office and see he is at the counter I will leave and drive to the next town. He is rude and has attitude. Shouts at customers to "GET OUT!" if more than two people are in the lobby. There are no signs restricting numbers of people in the lobby. He has rolled his eyes and huffed when I asked for priority mail tape and slammed the tape onto the counter. Federal employee.......?

Whomever is the guy always wearing a mask... He's extremely RUDE not professional at all... You can very easily tell he's not happy with his life because he treats anyone who walks in like absolute trash!!!!!!!! Post master seriously needs to fire this guy or put him in a warehouse with NO customer interaction!!!!!! Absolutely horrible refer to pic to see exactly who he is..

The guy at the front that’s still wearing a face covering even though covid is over is the hugest jerk I have ever met in customer service and he needs to be fired. He just tried banning me from this place as if he has any right or ability to do so. If anyone knows his name I would be interested so I can report him specificallyI will happily elaborate on the multiple times he has been unnecessarily rude as well

If anyone needs to speak to the post master her name is Liz Moreno for the somerset post office. I went over to do a return and the man up front. Was rude. And he said I had to figure it out. I see a lot of bad reviews on this man and nothing is being done about it. Well guess what. I'm gonna do something about it. If nothing gets taken care of I will be contacting Louis dejoy. I'm sick and tired of rude people.

Ive always had a pleasant experience here. Everyone is just down to earth . Straight foward and explains how i can save money on shipping. Actually like the employee that work here. Good place.

Worst customer service ever at this location!!! This postal location is a prime example of the poor service rampant within the USPS system and a reason that the USPS is failing!!! Needed a small piece of tape on an envelope and they refused to accommodate, said "you can purchase a whole roll." Ridiculous at best and utterly petty! How much does a 3 inch piece of tape cost? Crazy!! Good riddance!!

The guy that works there is RUDE and IMPATIENT. For it being a small town you'd think they'd have friendly people working, but NOPE. I've had many encounters with him, and he's always the same. You're better off elsewhere so you don't have to deal with all that or their overpricing.

There is the MOST disrespectful and rude man who works at this location. He constantly over charges my mother when weighing mail and has lost extremely important letters when sending them off to be mailed for my nephew’s homeschool. We have also witnessed him being extremely disrespectful to elderly customers. He has zero patience and has no interest in doing his job correctly.
