I stop here pretty frequently to get things I need for projects I’m working on at home. Someone always offers to help me find what I need and they’re always willing to answer any questions I have and help me find solutions to the projects I’m working on.

I mean overall dare Clutch to have as far as being in the same town. I believe it stops right there though because it’s like we are a small town. The prices that they charge on products are astronomical compared to what you can do in town. I wish they would get with the times or at least be realistic with the people and what we have to spend around here.

I've been going here for years!! Unfortunately, I came across a new manager or whatever she calls herself. Rude!!! Went back four times & still was given wrong supplies. All over a part they recommended, which broke. (14.00 dollars). NO BIG DEAL! right? Returned it & manager was rude and unfriendly! She gave me broken tool back.(which did not work & they recommended. At this point it's the principle of the situation and lack of experience. I will be going for Lowe's in San Antonio now! Somerset small town, you don't do this to neighbors. Owner is so post to call me we will see. What happen to the employees who understand what customers need & not waste out time. They are so lost in that store . Don't recommend an item if you don't know what you are doing! "Hello". They are only about the same not customer services. All over 14.00 dollars. They can kept that wrong part & the 14.00 dollars. I have no plans on returning. I've been going there for years. That stops today! Shame on them & their lack of professionalism and common courtesy.( I always have Jupes). This so call manager needs training in managing. Over 14.00 dollars & given wrong item. Idk who she is YOU DONT TREAT CUSTOMER LIKE THAT! Over 14.00 Kept it, looks like she needs it more.
