That Walgreens is cool. I'm done with the photo center most mainly because I printed this Naruto canvas ok photo and it came out good but it was smol. ?? I'm enjoying the prices of the stuff on clearance.

Every time! Incompetent technicians working at pharmacy. Refilling through app doesn't work. Calling and speaking to someone doesn't work. Answering service doesn't communicate with pharmacy therefore a waste of time. Then you go and they want you to return next day, items ordered we're put on hold. What is it with this pharmacy!!! My mother has health issues now due to them not filling her meds last year due to insurance issue which they're entering incorrectly. She was never told that she could pay out of pocket. Which we told answering service we would do. This pharmacy has full staff. Go to other cities they only have one or two techs and a pharmacist still have better service. As a former employee of your company I'm so ashamed and glad to have left to competitor. Looking into changing all neds to another pharmacy. This place is ridiculous.

A manager so called SARAH is the rudest person in the building, I tried getting some assistance and she reject my question n walked away I confronted her and she just laughed in my face. Will never be coming back. HR WILL BE NOTIFIED !

I don’t really appreciate the male cashier who helped himself to the five cents he earned from our purchase after asking us if we had a Walgreens rewards account. Instead of asking us if we wanted to sign up ourselves, he very rudely pulled the card reader his way as we were using it, punched in his number, then continued to check us out without saying anything. We were a little too thrown off to say anything at the time, but seeing the receipt after with his $12.82 available balance & the money he made off our purchase really didn’t sit right with me. I hope a higher up sees this, so that it’s corrected. His account number ends in 1233. Hope this helps! :)

Never put anything for pickup here. You're going to wait forever and if you decide to call, they're just going to tell you they'll be right out and keep you waiting. Then when you call again, they'll send someone and they're going to tell you that they don't have an order for you and that they need to check with the pharmacy. It's supposed to be convenient, but it never is.

Don’t do the delivery it takes forever and they charge you for same day delivery that doesn’t exist. Then you pay for it try and cancel because you have to pick up your own prescriptions they have to recharge you again. Worst customer service. People get medications delivered because they’re sick and need them right away. I hate this Walgreens…

Today I come in got a few things and I needed to do an extra transaction. Your employee was like tapping on the register been rude trying to rush to chat with the other employee about there issues. Very rude won't be coming back here again. I rather drive the extra mile to get good service

Worst location in el paso. The pharmacy, to which there's always an excuse as to why the prescriptions aren't ready, i have to come pick up medication for my cousin who has epilepsy, and even though the dr sends the prescription, the pharmacy, for whatever reason they give you, cant fill the prescription.

Walgreens wanted to give me a coupon saying they could not use my insurance when I was showing them a letter from my insurance saying the could use it even before then they would say they were using my insurance but just use a coupon and charge me more I swear worst Walgreens by far!

Horrible service I went in for something quick and asked an associate for guidance on finding the item and he couldn’t tell me where is was at, said it would possibly be in the front by the register and went back to what he was doing. I went to the front and found it but there was no one in the front register. I waited there for 5 min and then headed to the photo area to see if I could pay there. That same associate acknowledged me and said they would be right with me. I went back to the counter and another customer was waiting and said “I guess it’s free since no one’s here” then finally a girl came to charge me. The male associate that I spoke to first got on the other register to ring out another employee, the girl helping me needed change for 1s to give me and asked him for some and that took forever too. Him and the employee paying we’re playing around and playing on the store phone while customers were waiting a long time to he helped. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Walgreens.

We arrived at this Walgreens at 5:30 after being released from the emergency room for my son and they refused to fill his prescription same day because they close at 6. I explained we live over an hour from any pharmacy and they are the closest we could possibly use and they still refused. Completely heartless, selfish and most of all, lazy personnel. We will be reporting these practices to Texas State Board of Pharmacy.

Went and they stated they would have my medication ready at three. Came at four and they stated they needed to order it and it would take days. Absolutely rude clerks and the pharmacy and horrible customer service!

We used the photo kiosk. Pretty easy to use the only problem was the wire they have to connect to phone to extract photos. It wouldn't stay in port. We had to lay it on table and gently plug wire in and not move phone. Other than that pictures wete ready within minutes!
