I hate this pharmacy, they never open on time, they never seem to have a prescription ready. I have epilepsy and vertigo, my doctor order this medication yesterday and it is not ready. I have no possible clue as to what they are doing.

Always one lane for the pharmacy when there is 2 and the one side the speaker microphone barely works and there short staffed constantly.

They told my sister it was gona be 20 minutes then i call told me a hour now call 1 hour and 30 minutes later and they told me another 30 minutes

0 stars if I could, we were waiting in line for 45+ minutes to DROP OFF a prescription. (Keep in mind we’re waiting for covid results cause we were exposed to people with covid and I’m sick and also pending results). The tech took cars that were there way after us and we explained that we couldn’t get down seeing how I’m sick and my moms waiting for her results. They just kept hounding us about supposedly getting “tested” there and our results and just a bunch of irrelevant stuff. Can’t explain how many brain cells I lost talking to that staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would, when I dropped off a prescription they told me it would be ready after 4pm, when I went back they told me it was over the counter, basically meaning I didn’t have to wait…

They're so completely incompetent and unhelpful, they did not informe me they were not affiliated with my insurance and proceeded to charge me for my prescription. With my insurance I could have gotten it for free, if I knew they were not affiliated with my insurance I would not have gone to them in the first place. I called again to see if I could return it 10 minutes after picking it up and the lady in charge of the pharmacy was completely rude and very unprofessional. My problem was not solved when it should have been an easy fix.HATE THIS PHARMACY
