Missing package with a tracking number never delivered. Know one knows what happened.

The worst place. Unqualified, undertrained, lazy and disrespectful. For Federal Employees they are a joke. Straight up worthless! You are better off going to a Shipping Store like Postal Annex. It's faster and better customer service. Avoid USPS in Socorro!

I don't like that the man who is serving never wants to give me the receipt, I don't understand why he just says I already scanned it... I know that I can put the package in the mail and that's it, but if I stand in line to wait for them to serve me, the only reason is because I want the receipt, I think it's his duty to give it to me and that's it, and he always does the same thing, he never wants to give it to me, I've had to leave angrily to other establishments, I've never had that problem in any of them.

Has to be the worst USPS location I know of. They don’t deliver to the door instead they just say “unable to deliver to location”, then make you got pick up package at this location. They don’t answer their phones either ever it doesn’t not matter the time, and after all these inconvenience you have to go through when you finally find time to make it into their office they make it seem like you’re inconveniencing them.

I don't know who delivers mail to the Tigua reservation by San eli all I know is someone isn't doing they're job right. I've been getting some of my neighbors mail in my box almost 2 weeks now and today upon one of my packages arriving they left it in a box that has a broken lock and by the looks of it the mailman knew he broke the lock and just left it like that and had the audacity to leave the key to the box in our mail knowing we wouldn't be able to get it either way. Reading the last reviews you guys already don't have a good rep. Thank you for adding more stress to the holidays which we probably won't be able to get our package which was a gift due to the lack of help this company offers.

Older guy with a beard (gilbert). Very dishonest. They wrote on an envelope that it's 25$ for a community key even though I am a new tenant and the website clearly states that this will be handled by the USPS. They just ignore things and do their own thing at thus location. Clearly hustling people from their own community. I checked all these reviews to see if anyone could relate. It's a horrible start to being new in the area, and I already dred having to deal with hustlers/thiefs working over at the united states postal office. Sheesh.

This location has now lost multiple of my packages that I have dropped off. I would avoid this location at all costs. Really bad customer support too. Idk who hires these people, because they don't try to help you at all.

My package says delivered in mailbox but it's not there. I was told to submit a service request online and that doesn't work it just gives error messages. I called the post office over and over and no one answers. This place is trash.

That first cashier, the older guy with the beard and man bun? He's a nightmare. Every time I deal with him, I leave feeling disrespected and beyond frustrated. So today, I go in to check on my mailbox lock repair – something they were supposed to handle ages ago. And what do I get? "We're not dealing with keys or locks," he says, like it's no big deal. I remind him it's been over two weeks, and all he gives me is, "I just know they aren't doing keys." Didn't even bother to check if my mailbox keys were ready. Then he sends me off to another area for mail pickup. Luckily, the person there was actually helpful, and surprise, surprise, my keys were ready. But seriously, save yourself the hassle and avoid that guy. He's completely useless and his customer service skills? Nonexistent.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I believe that when this office looks for employees, they look for the most unfit ones. They have messed with my mail countless times, from missing packages to holding mail because they feel like doing so, sending it across town or to neighbors' houses. USPS, fix your issues!!
