This was a business that my insurance offered as an option to repair my vehicle after a collision. The repair was quick, but the workmanship was not. My vehicle was missing parts, and the trunk was loose. I spoke to the owner Victor, who guaranteed he would order the part and once it came in they wound install it and fix the trunk same day. Months later after repeatedly calling him for an update, he blamed the dealership he was getting the part from for delay in shipping or back order. I called the dealership where I was told they never placed an order for his shop. When I did call him many times during those months his response was I’ll call you when it comes in, in a very don’t call me I’ll call you tone. Needless to say after months of excuses and no results, I called my insurance and reported the shop. The insurance then sent me to another collision shop who quickly ordered, received and fixed my vehicle issues, with no excuses and excellent service.
I would not recommend this business. There is other shops who want your business and will do a much better job with care for the customer.

my grandma who is 76 years old got hit in a crash and was send to repair her car here. When she went to pick it up, they were going to let her drive off without one of her break lights working with an excuse of the car being old and having high mileage. (When the break light that wasn’t working was on the side she got hit from or as if the high mileage had anything to do with the issue) Fortunately we were able to get someone to change the light after insisting and informing them that it was not only dangerous to the driver but to other pedestrians.The lady who works there still had the audacity to mock my grandma only because my grandma kept repeating she knew the lights worked before the accident.Horrible customer service.

Excellent customer service! Vicky was very professional and helpful over the phone, as I had plenty of questions about my claim. Progressive Insurance had informed me that I would be picking up my rental car at the body shop, but Vicky clarified the entire process and had me transported to Enterprise to pick up my vehicle.When I met with Vicky in person the customer service and explanation of the entire process was very helpful and informative.My vehicle was repaired promptly and the end result of the body work was incredible.Highly recommended!!!
