Went to get a flat tire fixed and by the end of the day my tire was flat again. They sand dwn my tire and did not put the patch in right. So i had to purchase a new tires , somewhere else.

I used to go to this place to get a flat fixed easily, paying the right price and offering a tip to the guys. 3 weeks ago, I went because I had a flat tire, thinking I'd pay minimum $7 or $8 dlls tops. The lady at the front charged me $16 dlls. I couldn't believe it!. No wonder I didn't see a lot of customers like I did last time before this hefty charge.
Like I said it before and will keep saying. Keep giving your customers the same service as you started, even at your worst times, they will come back, it's not about the business, it's about the service.
